Villa Vista's spacious design (6000 sq. ft. of living space) provides excellent privacy to couples, while allowing for Families and Friends to spend quality time together making memories. Sprawling verandas, extensive outdoor pool area and spectacular ocean views, bring the beach, Caribbean Sea, and St Bart's directly to your door!
Villa Vista's attention to detail, such as Turkish Travertine flooring inside and out, marble counter tops throughout, new modern furnishings and accessories, eighteen foot high plantation ceilings, a Tiki Hut, Jacuzzi, solar heated swimming pool, and tropical landscaping make this property one of St Martin's BEST!
This sophisticated villa has four large bedroom suites, each with en suite bathroom, with large stand alone shower. Three suites feature new Heavenly King mattresses and the fourth includes a Queen Heavenly canopy bed. A great night's sleep is paramount to any restful holiday. We supply luxury linens, towels, beach towels, fluffy robes, hair dryers, and a selection of fully stocked toiletries. Each of the four bedroom suites provide guests with privacy, stunning ocean views, opening out to verandas, with comfortable furnishings and seating. If you are 4 couples visiting together each couple can be assured to get the same amazing accommodations! It is our pleasure to add additional bedding to a parents room for a child under 3 at no additional fee.
The gourmet kitchen is bright, modern and well appointed. Even the most seasoned chef will find everything they are looking for! There is even a stocked working spice drawer for your cooking convenience . We offer Chef services as described below and provide a stainless steel grill for outside cooking. The kitchen boasts a large floor to ceiling window that serves the pool. The newly added kitchen pass through incorporates into an adjoining marble counter, lined with bar stools. There are several dining options, an indoor classic tropical dining area, seating ten. A covered alfresco dining section on the upper pool deck that seats ten, at a teak dining table. The flowering rear mountain garden has a breakfast table seating four, and there is an additional dining table and seating on the lower veranda.
The villa has multiple terraces and verandas, for gazing out on the beach, azure ocean waters, and the island of St Bart's. There is a flowering mountain garden deck, that is accessed from the French doors in the living room, complete with a Jacuzzi for four.
The great room is large, bright, and airy, furnished in island contemporary décor. There is a 52 inch flat screen TV. We supply Dish Network Premium and over 500 current DVD's for entertainment. Free WIFI is supplied through out the villa, extending onto the verandas, for you to stay connected. Phone service from Vonage will allow you to make and receive calls free to and from the US and Canada.
There is a full size laundry room with large capacity washer and two dryers. If you prefer we like we can secure a laundress to do all your personal effects for a small fee.
There is a car park adjacent to the entry courtyard, that can accommodate five cars. Villa Vista is a gated estate in a 24 hour manned gated community, where security is a priority.
You will never be without power during your stay, as the home is equipped with a 30K automatic generator that will seamlessly power the home in the event of an island outage. Each window and door has an automatic electric roller shutter for added security and hurricane storm protection. Each suite has a mounted combination safe.
Your experience and relaxation are very important to us. We strive to create a stress free environment where you can relax, indulge and really enjoy yourself.
At Villa Vista we want you to begin enjoying your holiday even before you leave home. We will provide detailed communications. We will make sure you are aware of all the island has to offer in advance. And provide complimentary assistance in helping you plan, arrange, and book staff, services, and excursions. We are well known on island and will be happy to recommend and book your dining experiences, insuring you are properly welcomed at the island best restaurants. We have an on site skilled Property Manager. Daryl lives on property, in an apartment down the hill. Daryl is available to you 24/7 to address any villa related needs. Daryl will meet you upon arrival at your car rental. We recommend leasing a car, regardless of where you stay on island. Taxis are much more expensive over a weeks time, than having a private car rental. Daryl will assist with luggage and lead you back to the Villa. Daryl is delighted to stop in route to the villa for you to provision at the US supermarket, Grand Marche. Pre provisioning is available for a fee upon request. Daryl will then lead you to the villa and assist you in settling in and becoming comfortable with the amenities. Daryl is available to hire for tours, errands and driving. Maid service is provided on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for weekly rentals. Daily and expanded maid service is available for a small fee. The final cleaning is included. Natesha and her staff have been taking care of our family for fourteen years and maintain the villa in immaculate condition.
Too tired to eat out? Let us arrange for a French Chef to shop, prepare and with the assistance of his waiter, serve an elegant four course dinner under the stars on the veranda for a night to remember! Or simply provide a snack when you return from the beach or a casual pool side luncheon.
We can offer babysitting services with a known, screened family associate. Our massage therapist Brian, and his partner Angelia have been providing a professional massage experience at the villa for over a decade, and can be booked for individual and couples massage on the private veranda. The gardens are maintained by a professional Gardner weekly and plants are watered every other day by Fibi the Gardner's assistant. The pool will be cleaned daily before you rise.

Villa Vista is an amazing location to host special events and Weddings. Please contact us regarding event pricing. Events are not included in basic rental rates.
Villa Vista may be rented as a two, three or four bedroom Villa. Rates reflect 2 guests per bedroom suite. Bedroom suites not rented remain locked. When renting 2 bedrooms you will have complete privacy and the entire upper level of the villa with main kitchen, great room, pool veranda, Jacuzzi garden and 4000 square feet of living space. The lower level will not be accessible to you. Please contact owner for rates for one guest per bedroom suite.

FIRST CLASS resort property
Villa Vista Estate was wonderful! A beautiful, well maintained, high end property with all the amenities! The staff was amazing! Natesha keeps everything immaculate and Daryl was so helpful with all our island questions and villa needs. The home is very large and everyone in the group had space and privacy. We really enjoyed our night with Chef Romain, a must do! DM helped us to charter a boat for the day and her restaurant recommendations were spot on. She could not have been more accommodating through the entire process. The pool was heated and warm enough to swim at night. A perfect vacation at a perfect villa! The way things should be start to finish!

Great vacation
Had a wonderful time. House was exactly as advertised. Owners were very helpful, even helped us fine a local clinic for our son’s ear infection. Beaches and restaurants were great. Highly recommend.
