The complex offers 24 hours security, tennis court, gym, fully staffed spa, snack bar, Jacuzzi, children’s pool, infinity pool and beautiful sandy beach. This luxurious 1,900 sq. ft (177 sq. m), two bedrooms, two bathrooms unit has beautiful views from all rooms, modern and comfortable furnishings, marble floors, large balconies one of them with Jacuzzi.
There is a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room with a bar area and a fully equipped kitchen. The unit can comfortably accommodate four adults and one child.

A refundable security/damage deposit of $500.00 USD is required and is payable in cash only at
check in and returned at check out.
The MONTHLY summer rate requires a $1,000.00 refundable security deposit which will cover the electricity charges. Any unused portion of this deposit is refundable
Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 1 child under the age of 5.
Minimum age of renters should be 25 unless there are children with a
family.

First class accommodations! Beautiful condo that is in the middle of everything. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. The beach was awesome and the staff were some of the nicest people I ever had the pleasure of meeting. The Condo is nicely decorated, very clean with modern appliances and fixtures. We had 2 adults & 2 children and had plenty of room. Washer and dryer was super handy so pack lite! By the way the water pressure in the shower was incredible. The owners have very nice people working for them. Thanx Richard and good luck with your new endeavors.

Great oceanfront views!
Ocean views were amazing! Yes, pool deck sun is gone by mid afternoon but you have a great beach to make up for it. Road noise and Senor Frogs across street can be heard at night from both bedrooms since they back up to lagoon side. Workout room with steam unit was nice. Massages on beach or in spa were cheap. Pool bar staff was very friendly but beware if you are ordering mixed drinks. One of the two vodka bottles was water not vodka and we saw others also asking server to make stiffer. All in all, would recommend staying at this unit and I feel like we got a good deal from owner.
