This Cape house has 1600 square feet of an open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. The yard is fenced in for small children and pets, and there is a deck & gas grill. It has 2 large master bedrooms 17' x 14' on the second floor. The 3rd & 4th bedrooms are on the first floor. The house has wireless Internet access, DVD, VCR, stereo & digital cable. New washer & dryer.
This house is perfect for your kayaks, canoes, or even your boat since it is located on a deep water peninsula with a clear sailing to Nantucket Sound and the islands! The Public boat launch is a few streets away.

Loved our weekend
The owners Wendy and Andrew went out of their way to make this home fun and beautiful for any guests coming out to the Cape. It's close to the beach and to shops but frankly with the deck, the fenced in yard and the ample room we spent most of the time puttering around the house on our friends weekend away. We did get into Falmouth Town and walked on the beach but it was still too cold for anyone to go swimming. They have outfitted the house with most of what anyone would need including some pantry staples and even a set of 4 new bikes for riding around. They were extremely accommodating and even apologetic about some minor damage from the previous tenant that quite frankly we never would have noticed. The new furniture and fresh decor is nice and definitely a step above a lot of similar cottages on the Cape. We would highly recommend this to friends and family and will be staying here again soon.

Very clean, stylish home
This four-bedroom house was so clean, well-decorated, and basically exactly what we were looking for. We felt right at home, and the owner provided a lot of nice extra-special touches--items for our dog, a copy of a wedding magazine (she knew we were in town doing wedding planning stuff). As my mom said, the house was so "livable." Everything was right where you expected it to be--tissues, empty hangers, etc. The fireplace was so cozy and warm. All of the bedrooms are spacious and have very nice furniture in them. We didn't use them, but the kayaks and bikes would be a great bonus in the summer. I wouldn't have changed a thing about our weekend!

Great place to spend a vacation
The place was all that was advertised and more. Very convenient to the beach, and to downtown Falmouth. An excellent seafood place is just a walk down the street. House was clean and comfortable. Extremely well-maintained. Four bedrooms, all very good size and all comfortable for sleeping. Multiple TVs and Internet access if needed. Bikes and kayaks available for use. Great deck and nice backyard. Quiet neighborhood. Owners easy to work with, and very accommodating. Check out the British Brewing Company if you have a chance. Wonderful good and spectacular view. Excellent value for the money. Would recommend this property to anyone, and hope to stay there again in the future.

Great place to stay!
Wendi was great to work with. Answered all my questions about the property. The bedrooms are large and fit a large family comfortably. They have almost everything there for you. (we forgot the necessities) don't forget to bring paper towel, toilet paper and an iron, if you need it. We had to run out and get these. The house is nice and clean. And all the extra fun toys are great. Your not too far away from the downtown area about 10mins. The beach is nice and quiet, it doesn't get too crowded. I would rent the house again if I am back in the cape cod area.

Wonderful, clean house. Good location.
I stayed here with my family for a week, and we had an absolutely great time. The house was just the right size, and was perfectly clean. One thing we really appreciated was that it is close to numerous restaurants and beaches. Mashpee Commons, for shopping, isn't far. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard is several minutes away. One evening, we had a grilled dinner on the deck, and it was just perfect. A Dairy Queen is close by, so we were able to have some good ice cream too. We appreciated that the owners were open to pets. We had 2 dogs, who also enjoyed the stay. The next time we go to Cape Cod, we will most definitely see if this house is available. Good memories.

We Loved Our Stay
Our stay was for an early fall wedding on the cape, so we did not have much time to enjoy the fireplace and yard, or use bikes/kayaks available (though we wanted to!). However, the house was exactly what we were looking for and was as advertised, if not better. The rooms are well furnished, beds comfortable, and kitchen well stocked with all the necessities for cooking/eating. The appliances and furniture were all modern and we had all the conveniences of home. Everyone in the group enjoyed their stay and we will definitely recommend this property to anyone we know looking for a place to stay in Falmouth. Wendy and Andrew were great in helping with the rental. Our one comment was the house actually seemed bigger than the photos would lead you to believe, which was a plus. Definitely glad we went with this property for our weekend on the cape!

Excellent
We stayed there for the weekend of 9/19 to 9/21. Excellent accommodations. Very neat and clean. Each couple had their own room. The living area and kitchen were just what we needed to be able to take a break from the wedding activities and be comfortable. Location was ideal. We were only 10 minutes from town and the ceremony and only 5 minutes to the beach. Great property and great experience. Thanks

Perfect!
The house was perfect and even better than expected. We went away for the weekend to attend a wedding in Falmouth and it was the perfect location, close to town and so close to the beach. The house was clean and felt like home. The bedrooms were all a great size and bed's were super comfortable! The deck at the back of the house as well as the seating area outside in the back yard was a great place to just relax. We brought our dogs and they seemed to love it even more than we did. Wendy was in contact well before our visit and was available whenever we had a question or needed anything. Our weekend in the cape couldn't have been any more perfect, we would definitely love to come back to Falmouth and use this house!

Comfortable with great amenities
Very comfortable and spacious home, close to the beach, plenty of outdoor space. Bonus were the use of two kayaks and four bicycles which we really enjoyed. Lots of towels, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas. A few minutes away from Stop and Shop and Walmart if you need to get anything.

Great stay at Falmouth!
We enjoyed staying at East Falmouth over the Labor Day Wkend. Weather was perfect - warm and sunny !! The house was super comfortable & had everything we needed, we had 2 teenagers and our dog with us. Fenced in backyard was a huge benefit ! All the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen was better equipped compared to other rentals we have been in. We didn’t cook much other than a breakfast or 2 but was pleasantly surprised to see some supplies in the cabinets. Thanks Wendy for quick responses ! We loved spending the long wkend break at this lovely, relaxing house. The house has everything needed for a breach trip. We explored the beach down the road and also had great time at the National Sea Shore beaches plus at nearby Woodshole and Hyannis attractions.
