This condo feature 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom unit is a great vacation rental for larger families that have a hard time finding a place for a large family. Renovations are done, the pictures are up
This is a lovely ocean view condo. It has a priceless mountain and ocean view. It is in the central location of Maui, and only +/-11 miles from the airport. We are central to many activities, shops, restaurants, tours, and beaches on the island.
This Resort has a pool and hot tub, just steps away from the unit and offers a wonderful area for family BBQ's (5) and as many 9 tables, an outdoor kitchen in which you can cook, sit, have a drink, and eat all while enjoying the beautiful sunsets of Maui. This is not something every resort can offer. Plus your children can swim and be with you while you cook. It offers, just outside the gated pool area, through the Maui county 3 tennis courts along with a large area for play and picnics. A few steps further and you are standing on a beach or in the Pacific Ocean. This is part of a 6 mile beach in which you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while the sun sets or you could simply enjoy the morning breeze, go for a jog or leisure walk while dipping your feet into the great Pacific Ocean. You could even go for a quick swim. Absolutely spectacular. Just be sure to rinse your feet before entering the pool area. There is a water tap provided just before you enter the pool and a shower inside the gated pool area. It offers ground shuffleboard for guests to use and even some mini putting holes
This condo has a large lanai. The condo has a new split air conditioning system in every room.. Great for those hot days.
The master bedroom on the main floor has a Cal king bed and its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Cal king bed and a bathroom just outside the bedroom door. The loft or what we like to call the 'hotel room' features 2 queen beds and a twin bed 'triple bunk' It has its own bathroom. We supply you with a pack-n-play, a stroller, and a highchair. There is cable T.V in the living area and one in the master bedroom. The kitchen has all of your basic needs. We have also included a stock of plastic dishes for you to take to the pool if you are wanting to eat there the as glass is prohibited. We provide you with a washer and dryer with laundry detergent. toilet paper, as well as a shampoo/conditioner starter kit. there are some garbage bags, scrubs, and soap as well to get you started.
The telephone may be used free of charge within North America (Canada and USA only) only for all other calls you will need to use your cell phone.
This is a non- smoking unit inside and out and although we love animals this is an ''no pets' condo due to severe allergies.
As a bonus for our guests, We provide and allow you to use our Cadillac Escalate XL.
Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am
We do not do a back to back booking on Sundays.

Excellent Condo and Hostess!!
We had the pleasure of enjoying this newly renovated condo. The new appliances were a joy to use. The large capacity laundry and fridge were more than enough for a larger group. The layout of the kitchen/dining table was perfect to seat our group of 7 adult guests. The location is centrally located and easy to access to different areas of Maui. The use of the Cadillac Escalade was of great value and is a great addition to the value of this rental. And it fit our group perectly. It's also a nice way to keep the group together. The outdoor pool, hot tub and many BBQs were a nice touch and we frequently used them. Yolanda was great to deal with and very accessible. I highly recommend and would rent this condo out again.

Everything you need
Great sleeping space for a larger family - kids love the loft and having their own space upstairs. Has everything you need - cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. to enjoy your time in Maui. The Escalade was a great perk - picking up and dropping off at the airport was very convenient. Yolanda was always just a text away and was very responsive. Would recommend this place for a larger family looking to take advantage of a home away from home!

Outstanding
This was such a great condo. Yolanda was the best to work with. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. The suv was fab. We used the beach towels and boogie board as well as the snorkeling. There were not a ton of snorkling gear. The pool and bbq area were great. We watched some great sunsets from the hot tub. The beds and linens were nice too. Loved the a/c at night. Also if you get up early enough you can find sea urchin shells along the breach. Great place and vacation. Thanks Yolanda!!

Great place for a family.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was great that each bedroom has a bathroom. The third floor location without an elevator may be a little too much for people that can't climb stairs. But all in all it was a great place to enjoy Maui, the unit has everything you need to enjoy the beach and has new appliances. Great location very near the shops and the added bonus of the Escalade was what made us pick this location.

Excellent
The apartment was perfect for six adults. We enjoyed the pool. We bbq’d almost every night. The car was big and perfect to take us up Haleakala, to a Molikini snorkeling trip, and to Lahaina for a luau. Yolanda was a great hostess helping us manage flight times. Thank you!!!!

The perfect place for a family
We absolutely loved this property! It was very conveniently located in Kihei. The condo renovations were so nicely done- great updates and appealing. We loved that we had seating for all 9 of us at the dining room table. The kitchen was very well supplied. The room arrangement was perfect and we loved the fact that the kids had their own full bathroom in the loft area. Pool and hot tub were great and we also appreciated the access to the 5 grills around the pool area. We were always able to use a grill when we were ready for one-no waiting. I would definitely recommend this property for a family or large group. The use of the vehicle was also well appreciated and Yolanda and Leo (owners) were great to work with and easy to communicate with.

Great place to stay in Maui
The condo had plenty of comfy beds for our family of six and had everything you could possibly need for enjoying and exploring Maui.... loved having boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler and much more. Every time I thought, “oh I wish we had this or that,” I would look around and there it was! We were definitely happy to have the use of the SUV during our stay. Great added bonus for exploring the beautiful island. Loved the extra cool spray spouts in the shower too. Condo was clean and inviting. Fresh pineapple and candy upon arrival was nice touch. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Perfect setting for a group or family. Love the pool and beach as well as the use of the vehicle
Great location with a pool and beach! We had a total of 6 adults during our stay here... We chose this because it had 3 baths as well as an Escalade for us to use during our stay. The sunsets from the balcony patio were beautiful! We had a wonderful time and would recommend this to be a great spot to stay. If traveling with kids, the loft would be fun for them.

First of all the owners were wonderful to work with! Always helpful in answering ?’s and making sure our time was enjoyable. The unit was all they said it would be. Ocean view from the Lana’i, fans, TVs, air conditioning in every room. All 6 of us would absolutely return when we visit the beautiful town of Kihei!!

Couldn't have asked for anything more
The property is in Kihei and this was a new location for us to explore. Lots of beaches to explore around Kihei. A short drive and we found beaches for surfing, snorkeling and kite boarding. Of course there's a beach on the property, great for collecting coral and walking in the surf. A bit rocky, though, but what a view! The amenities in the unit were great and the owners thought of everything. The use of the Escalade was wonderful and transported our group of 6 easily, as well as all the toys! The unit has brand new appliances that could handle a large gathering, specifically the washer and dryer. One load and beach towels were done. Beds were very comfortable, televisions in every room, 3 bathroom was nice as well. The lanai was outfitted with nice, comfy furniture for relaxing. The pool area has very nice gas grills and tables. The grounds have been meticulously cared for. Toys galore were provided for kids as well as adults; beach chairs, buckets, boogie boards, tennis racquets, cooler on wheels, beach umbrellas, sand mats and the list goes on. We were pleasantly surprised every time we opened a closet, cabinet or drawer. There was only one drawback - we had to leave. This was a very comfortable place that we could call home. Family fun
We had a wonderful time staying in your condo. 13 years ago we stayed in the same unit and you have up grated the unit and made it more enjoyable. Liked having the extra ocean equipment so we did not have to rent or buy the toys towels and wake boards. The condo was well stocked and equip for a nice stay. Tks for making a 3 bedroom condo available.

Convenient! Where else do you get an Escalade with your rental
Yolanda was very accommodating and quick to respond to all my questions leading up to our stay which I very much appreciated. Even when we were on the island, I was able to text her for anything. The unit layout is unique but charming. Lots of beds and stocked with beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, all of which we utilized. The Escalade was a big plus for us since we had a large group. We also really enjoyed the balcony area which has comfy outdoor seating and a bar counter for us to sun ripen our pineapples :) We did cook in the kitchen a few times and was pleased to find so much kitchen stuff (pots, pans, cups, plasticware, utensils, etc). Having a washer and dryer was also super convenient. Short walk to the beach and the complex's pool and hot tub are nice too. The location is also very convenient being in North Kihei since you're only 20 min from airport, 45 min to Lahaina and 30 min to the start of Upcountry. Perfect rental if you're traveling in a large group or with families, highly recommend!

Great place to stay
Nice to have a vehicle included, though it wasn't in perfect shape, it got us where we needed to go. The condo was great, adequate for our needs and matched the online listing perfectly. Yolanda was very kind and answered all of our questions quickly.
