You’ll be Livin’ the Dream year-round at this well-appointed three-bedroom, two-bath retreat! This first-floor, corner condo is a dog-friendly escape that has a 280-square-foot patio with a beautiful view of Lake Chelan, located across the street from a public beach and less than half a mile from the new marina.
An ideal vacation spot for a family of beach-goers, boating enthusiasts, wine lovers, or winter athletes, this condo sits in a small, quiet complex on the southeastern corner of Lake Chelan, a premier four-season vacation destination. Take the family to soak in the sunshine at Lakeside Park, treat your kids to a float in the lazy river at Slidewaters down the road, or wander into historic downtown Chelan just one-and-a-half miles east for a picnic at Riverwalk Park. If you're a wine enthusiast, go wine tasting at one of the many local vineyards; come winter, enjoy snow adventures at the Echo Valley Ski Area.
Come home from a relaxing day to kick off your flip-flops, cool off in the air-conditioned living room, and share photos with your loved ones on the free WiFi. If you brought some work with you, you can still enjoy a view of the lake while you work at the computer desk. Pull out a board game to set up on the coffee table, unwind with a Netflix or a Blu-ray favorite on the 55-inch HDTV, and open the sliding glass doors to admire the view of Washington's largest natural lake.
Wake up each morning to the aroma of blueberry pancakes in the kitchen. Sip your coffee in a lounger on the large patio with your dog curled up at your feet (please read the dog policy and note that one mature dog under 30 lbs. is welcome for a small nightly fee), and enjoy the amazing lake view. You'll have the rest of the day to splash in the water at the beach across the street or set sail from the marina for an unforgettable day on Lake Chelan. Don't worry about getting your clothes wet - your home has a private washer/dryer!

Please note: All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Due to the size & arrangement of beds, this home is best suited to accommodate 6 adults and 2 children.
You must contact us to add more than one dog to the reservation, if allowed. $20 per dog, per night. If pets are allowed, the charge for the first dog will be included in the total cost listed.
Parking Notes: There is one covered parking spot. One additional car is allowed in the open parking area. First come first serve on uncovered parking

Memorial Day Weekend
It was overall a very smooth process in renting the condo. We loved it... it had everything we needed and the location was great! Everything worked out well, except the weather! It was mostly rainy and cloudy, but we still had fun! The toilets were a little bit dirty... it just looked like the water had been sitting in them for a while, with black streak marks inside the bowl. This wasn’t a huge problem, but just wanted to make note of it. We loved the place... what an amazing view! Thanks.
