My home is located on lovely Ma�alaea Bay, wintertime sanctuary to many humpback whales and their calves. A favorite pastime of residents is reclining on a lounger watching the antics of our oceanic friends.

Just to the west of us is Ma�alaea Marina, home to many yachts and touring boats and the Ma�alaea Village shops. Off to the east is the long sandy span of Sugar Beach, perfect for early morning beach walking. Several good eateries are located within walking distance including one of Maui�s top award winning seafood restaurants, The Waterfront.

The Waterfront is one of Maui�s top award-winning seafood restaurants. The renowned Maui Ocean Center aquarium is only steps away. All in all, this central location is within easy reach of the sights and attractions of Maui.

My condo at the Ma�alaea Kai is an oceanfront walkout. Newly renovated, it embraces the ambiance of the islands with the luxury and comfort of a perfect vacation getaway. Both pool and grilling area are only steps from the lanai against the backdrop of the ocean views and the sounds of the waves and the breezes in the palm trees.

I would love to share my getaway with you. It gives me great pleasure to have others experience the exquisite gem that is Maui. Its setting, its rain forests, mountains, beaches, upcountry adventures, and the underwater world to explore, make Maui truly magical.

Perfect in every way

This condo is excellent for 1 or 2 people. So many things impressed me. The fridge has an ice dispenser, perfect for making drinks. The location was absolutely the best. We’re not big on swimming but love sitting on the grass and watching the ocean. The location was quiet and peaceful. All the amenities were provided, and the Barbara went out of her way to welcome us. Thank you for making our Anniversary holiday a wonderful vacation.

Ground level condo, beautiful view, comfortable accommodations, grills just outside the back door ( if you enjoy that type thing on vacation),everything you could possibly need to make your stay in pardise wonderful! Only accommodates 2 people, so if that is your needs, this is exactly the place for you! I highly recommend it! Owner and maintenance staff are fantastic! There for any of your needs! Nice condo in Maui

Property is very clean and well taken care of. Only drawback is that you have to park on the road which was not a big deal except that the first morning we came out to find ants literally covering the car. Was not aware that there is no assigned parking space for this condo in the lot. ( My fault because it did say that in the instructions which were sent to me but it should probably be mentioned in the listing before you make reservations)
