Pu'ukoa Palms is a private vacation rental property located in Haiku on Maui's North shore. This upstairs studio has just been newly remodeled with new bamboo kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, induction ceramic burner, new bathroom cabinets and decor.

There are two buildings on the property with seven units total: 5 studios and 2, one-bedroom apartments. Parking on-site.

The space

Pu'u Koa Palms is located just 5 minutes away from infamous Ho'okipa beach park. Each room has been carefully designed to leave a lasting impression on each of our guests.

This listing is for an upstairs studio listing (no bedroom). The studio apartment has a spacious living room with a queen bed, convertible sofa bed, kitchenette, a large bathroom with tub and private balcony.

The Kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, induction burner, coffee maker and small refrigerator. There is no oven, stove or dishwasher. Enjoy use of the TV, Wireless High speed internet, and shared washer and dryer on-site. This listing can comfortably fit three guests. Need more space? Check out the one bedroom units!

The neighborhood is nice and quiet in peaceful Haiku. We are located close to many local shops, restaurants, and other amenities - like upcountry fitness which has a free 10 day trail. Our place is very relaxing and will give you an idea of real island living. Come escape the busy tourist areas and experience the magic of aloha at Puu Koa Palms.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay to check out the local Up Country area of Maui. so close to Hana Road, TwinWaterfalls, some gorgeous remote beaches and the little towns of Paia and Haiti. I recommend for a place that is clean, quiet, secure, comfortable, great parking and away from a lot of the touristy spots to really experience Maui life.

Awesome place to stay!

Awesome place to stay! Paia is a great, relaxed town. The beaches nearby are windy but very quiet and lots of shade if you need it. Stefano had lots of little extras in the suite: toaster, fan, umbrella, scissors, wine opener, etc. Also had access to chairs and snorkeling gear in the garage which made beach trips super easy. Suite was very clean and tranquil.

Great spot

Haiku-Pauwela is away from the bigger towns in Maui and gives you the true sense of the island, in the country at the beginning of the road to Hana and just outside the brilliant little town of Paia. Don’t expect to walk anywhere but do expect your drive to anywhere to be outstanding. Great spot.

A great place to stay at! My sister and I had a great time in Maui and staying here was perfect because it was safe, clean, and close to town. Not to mention how close it was to the beach where a lot of surfing happens! Definitely recommend this cute little studio.

Very clean

Very clean, minutes from Paia, easy parking and easy to locate. Stefano makes check-in very simple. Arrive anytime after 1500 and all instructions are waiting for you. Would definitely stay here again.

This studio is really cute and clean

This studio is really cute and clean. It pretty much looked exactly as the pictures, except with a crib. Beach chairs, towels, and some equipment is provided which was very handy. Stefano was also very easy to communicate with and had speedy responses!
