Pu'u Koa Palms is a private vacation rental property, located in Haiku on Maui's North shore. There are two buildings on the property with seven units total: 5 studios and 2, one-bedroom apartments.

The space

Pu'u Koa Palms is located just 5 minutes away from infamous Ho'okipa beach park. Each room has been carefully conceived and designed to leave a lasting impression on each of our guests.

This listing is for a one bedroom downstairs apartment. Lovely lanai with outdoor dining area. It is equipped with a full kitchen which has a range and oven. There is also a great barbecue area in the garden for all guests who are staying on the property. Enjoy use of the cable television, WiFi and shared washer dryer. The one bedroom sleeps up to four guests comfortably as there is one queen size bed and one sofa bed in the living room. Also see our studio which sleeps up to three guests.

We have a garage storage unit for sport equipment. The neighborhood is nice and quiet in peaceful Haiku. We are located close to many local shops, restaurants, and other amenities - like upcountry fitness which has a free 10 day trail.

Our place is very relaxing and will give you an idea of real island living. Come escape the busy tourist areas and experience the magic of aloha at Puu Koa Palms.

Stefano’s apartment is wonderful

Stefano’s apartment is wonderful. It is easy to explore the entire island from this location. Stefano is responsive and follows thru quickly with questions and requests. We could not have had a better host! The apartment is well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. We even had an ocean view! We will be back again, for sure!

What a special place! Location is really fantastic

What a special place! Location is really fantastic. Ideal for The Road to Hana as well as anywhere in Paia. Stefano is a wonderful host and the unit is very spacious and accommodating. We cooked while we were there and it came with everything we needed to make this place feel like our home for three nights. The only recommendation I’d have is to install some black out curtains in bedroom, otherwise there’s not much privacy. Having said that, this place is easily 5 stars. Thanks, Stefano!

Nice place to stay right off the Hana Hwy. Easy drive to Hana and easy to get to most places around the island. Nice touches and very affordable. Stephano was very responsive. Would definitely consider for future visits!
