Pu'ukoa Palms is a private vacation rental property located in Haiku on Maui's North shore. This upstairs one bedroom has just been newly remodeled with new bamboo kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, new stove, new bathroom cabinets and decor.

There are two buildings on the property with seven units total: 5 studios and 2, one-bedroom apartments. Parking on-site.

The space

Pu'u Koa Palms is located just 5 minutes away from famous Ho'okipa beach park and from Haiku town center.

This listing is for a one bedroom upstairs apartment. Enjoy the view from the private balcony. It is equipped with a full kitchen which has a range and oven. There is also a barbecue area in the garden for all guests who are staying on the property. Enjoy use of the cable television, WiFi and shared washer dryer. The one bedroom sleeps up to four guests comfortably as there is one queen size bed and one sofa bed in the living room (Please let us know if you need it made up). If you need more room, you can add a studio which sleeps up to three guests.

We have a garage storage unit for sports equipment. The neighborhood is nice and quiet in peaceful Haiku. We are located close to Haiku town center, and 10 minutes from Paia town.

Our place is very relaxing and will give you an idea of real island living. Come escape the busy tourist areas and experience the magic of aloha at Puu Koa Palms.

We enjoyed our stay at Stefano's place

We enjoyed our stay at Stefano's place. The pictures accurately depict it. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for the cooking we did (which was just simple meals). It is in a little neighborhood and quiet. We thought it was the perfect location as we wanted to do a lot of hiking and exploring the non-resort areas. You are right on the Road to Hana and easy access to the Upcountry. It is only a 30-45 minute drive to some of the bigger beaches and there are small local beaches near-by.

We had a great stay with you

Stefano provides clean, well-equipped, excellent accommodations located in rural Maui just off of the Hana Hwy in a quiet neighborhood with a much more comfortable climate than the Lahaina side of Maui. The brief afternoon rain showers were great so that it never got too hot. For us, his location was best for what we wanted to do. He is also located near to some fine restaurants in Paia & Haiku. Thank you Stefano. We had a great stay with you.

Very nice place. The rooms are big and you have a nice view from the balcony. Everything is clean and Stefano is a very kind host.

The location and Stefano’s hospitality made the stay great. The house is simple, and very clean with almost everything one would need to have a perfect stay. You will definitely need a car to go there. Stefano is a great host!

The place was great - clean, had all the necessities like pots and pans, iron, hair dryer, laundry, etc. There were some bugs in the kitchen but that is expected upcountry. Our stay was great, AC or a fan would have been nice though.
