The space
Pu'u Koa Palms is located just 5 minutes away from infamous Ho'okipa beach park. Each room has been carefully conceived and designed to leave a lasting impression on each of our guests.
This listing is for a downstairs studio listing (no bedroom). The studio apartment has a spacious living room with a queen bed, full size convertible sofa bed, full kitchen, a large bathroom with showerand private lanai.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet in peaceful Haiku. We are located close to many local shops, restaurants, and other amenities - like upcountry fitness which has a free 10 day trail. Our place is very relaxing and will give you an idea of real island living. Come escape the busy tourist areas and experience the magic of aloha at Puu Koa Palms.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s studio. The cute studio met our needs and there were beach amenities available to meet beach outings even more enjoyable. There was good communication and quick responses from Stefano. Check in/out was easy and simple.

The location of this property is very convenient
The location of this property is very convenient...just off the Hana highway. The bed is comfortable and the property is QUIET. I would recommend it to anyone interested in staying near less crowded beaches with easy access to the road to Hana!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay here, great location in the top of Maui. It is a quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed. The kitchen is stocked with basic pans, and accessories. You will need to bring your own extras like spices and oil etc. We drove the Hana Highway the opposite direction (highly recommend) and at the end of the day we were right back at Stefano's.

This is a stylish studio in a great location on Maui. It's close to beaches, and cute towns with shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. There is parking on the premise. The kitchen is nicely sized. Stephano is an excellent host and was very receptive each time I reached out to him. I recommend this place for a trip to Maui.

A great place to stay!
A great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. Some minor noise from the unit upstairs but mainly only during the morning when we can hear chairs being dragged out (probably for breakfast). It’s right off the hwy to Hana so it’s a great midpoint if you plan to do it all, from visiting the west side beaches to driving down road to Hana! It’s close to some local stores and easy to get daily necessities if needed.

Stefano's place is a great location
Stefano's place is a great location for those keen on driving the road to Hana. It is also not very far from the West Maui Forest Reserve and Haleakala. I found the location fairly central to the areas I was interested in visiting. The two ceiling fans in the space help keep the studio well ventilated. I found the bathroom a little humid, so wouldn't recommend drying any beach towels/swimwear in there.

The space is exactly as advertised
The space is exactly as advertised. It was not difficult to check in and not many problems were experienced. There were a few small critters found during our stay (not dangerous), however the host is actively spraying the property to reduce them.

Great place!
Great place! Quiet and peaceful location. Communicative host and good price! We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Wifi was a little slow, but that only made us want to go out and explore the island more.
