This home is about 2 miles south of that location This stunning home can sleep 8 comfortably and is furnished with all NEW upscale furnishings. Featuring 2 huge master bedroom suites each with king beds and private baths. Plus a bedroom with 2 twin beds and an upscale queen sleeper sofa in the media room. The gourmet kitchen has lots of work space on the granite counter tops, plus the convenience of 2 ovens, 2 sinks, 2 refrigerators and breakfast bar. The 24 foot covered lanai overlooks the in-ground pool and heated spa. The outdoor kitchen is perfect for a family BBQ. You could even catch your dinner right off the dock. Enjoy after dinner drinks by a crackling fire and perhaps even roast some marshmallows in the outdoor fireplace.
Bring a kayak, boat, or paddle board to explore the adjacent barrier island beaches and backwaters.

Prepare to be amazed and TOTALLY relaxed at Waters Edge. Even before we unpacked, we were relaxing poolside. Sipping wine in the heated Spa as we watched boats cruise by was delightful! We launched our Kayaks from the property and spent hours catching speckled trout and jacks in the miles of the calm backwaters. Both the décor & furnishings were gorgeous and the owners spared nothing to make our stay one of our best ever. TV's in each bedroom allowed everyone to choose their own viewing preferences, not to mention the convenience of our own private upscale bathroom. Finally, when the evenings cooled down, we enjoyed building a crackling fire out on the lanai, roasting marshmallows and swapping tales. Truly unforgettable!

Unforgetable !!!!
When we pulled in the driveway with the lush tropical tree's surrounding the property it gave us the sense of being on our on tropical island. The first step thru the front door we knew we had just landed in paradise. This spectacular home has gorgeous new, really comfortable furnishings. I can't believe the owners actually rent it out!!!!!! The three master suites we're perfect for our group no one felt they got the short stick. Relaxing poolside and on the covered lanai by the fireplace was a perfect way to end the day after site seeing and shopping. The kids got a kick out of watching the porpoise off he dock which is on the intercostal and getting their toes wet at beautiful New Smyrna Beach, which by the way is only two miles up the road. We will be returning soon to this beautiful paradise home and take in more of the local arts as well as the other central Fl. attractions. Waters Edge is a must STAY! we fell in love with Waters Edge and can't wait to return!!!!

Beautiful Wedding and Vacation Location!!
My wife and I searched long and hard for a perfect location for our wedding and I can definitely say that we found it at Water’s Edge. The owners were more than generous by letting us take a tour prior to committing to this location, but once we saw it, we knew this was the place for us!!! It is absolutely beautiful! The little garden area in the back behind the pool deck was perfect for us to say our vows and the elevated pool deck, stairs and dock were a great location for our family and closest friends to watch. We then stayed the rest of the week with our family and the three master suites and the “kids” room was perfect for us all to spread out. The furnishings and decorations were amazing and there was everything you could need. The pool was the hit of the week and we spent many, many hours in there listening to music on the outdoor speakers, sipping our favorite beverages, and enjoying the scenery of the river right down the dock. The dock is great for the kids as we had crab pots out and caught quite a few blue crabs during the week. We also fished, caught bait and even searched for hermit crabs in the river during low tide. Everything about our special wedding day and week was made possible by Water’s Edge and the wonderful owners who were very responsive to our emails and incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend (and already have to my friends) Water’s Edge as a great get-away location. I know that my wife I will be back for sure as Water’s Edge has a very special place in our hearts!
Summer getaway
We arrived on a Friday just in time to see a manatee float past the dock. The home is beautiful and the view from the kitchen is amazing. We spent a great deal of time in the pool and enjoying the outside patio. Each bedroom had its own private bath. I especially liked the HUGE shower in the master suite. The home was spotless and the décor is awesome. We spent dinner time either around the outside table or in the kitchen around the bar area and watched the dolphins jumping in and out of the water. On July 4th we got to see fireworks from several locations, it was fantastic. We also liked the exercise path that runs right in front of the house. This was a great family vacation, very relaxing!

Birthday Race Week
We came to Florida to celebrate a 50th Birthday at the Daytona 500. My husband wanted a place along the Intracoastal Water way and found Waters Edge. This home exceeded our expectations with its location near many attractions - Daytona, Cape Canaveral, the beach and even Orlando. The wonderful layout provides a comfortable gathering space in the gourmet kitchen and living room, while allowing everyone to have their own private space. We enjoyed evenings around the lanai and fireplace along with a little fishing off the dock. An unforgettable vacation still has us talking about this gorgeous home. We definitely recommend this to anyone looking to have an incredible vacation in the Daytona / New Smyrna Beach Area.
ABOVE AND BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS!!
We chose this property for the size and the view for a small wedding (about 15 people). The pictures are beautiful online, but this property is absolutely breathtaking! We had four couples staying in the house and we were more than comfortable, where everyone had their own space. We stayed at the house every night, hung out around the pool and just relaxed. Our idea of a perfect vacation. It is the best house by far that we have ever vacationed at. While we were there we were trying to figure out when we would be back. I can't say enough about Wanda, the owner. She was always easy to get a hold of prior to us arriving and quick on the responses. There wasn't any issues on our arrival, with the stay or the house.

It was Perfect!!!
This property was amazing and the perfect fit for my family of 5!! They kept the place super clean and stocked with pretty much anything you needed for the week besides food which then they had every pot, pan and utensil you ever dreamed of!! I would recommend this house over and over again and would for sure stay here again!!

So happy!
Wow did we love our stay for our annual family reunion trip. Such a beautiful home and they thought of everything to make our vacation relaxing. The kids swam non-stop in the pool, we fished off the pier and watched the sunrise. So many birds, manatees and dolphins right off the dock. The kids tried for days to catch all the little lizards. The rooms were set apart nicely so everyone had quiet sleeping spots no matter who was up late/or early. The kids loved feeding the Koi each morning and giggling at the little ones taking small nibbles. This is our 12th annual vacation using VRBO and this is one of the top houses we've stayed in. Can't say enough good things. PS Highly recommend renting a boat for the day and checking out the local waterway and stopping for Outriggers for lunch, one of the best days ever.

Beautiful home in a lovely and convenient area!
My family had a wonderful time. We spent much of our time in the pool or on the lanai, although some were bothered by “no-seeums.” There is a cute little “downtown” area worth exploring. The kitchen was amazing—we loved cooking there.
