You'll love the clip-clop of hooves as Amish buggies roll past, and you'll enjoy great shopping at Tanger and Rockvale outlets. While you are out - dine at one of our many local restaurants to enjoy some scrumptious 'home style cookin'. Take a hike on one of the local trails that are close by. Visit Susquehannock State Park only 10 minutes away. If you want to stay in, kick back and relax, our cabin features a refreshing in ground pool. Or enjoy lounging around on one of the decks. Quarryville Cabin
This house is a good size allowing family to be together or spread out. The bedrooms are very pretty with very comfortable beds. There is a beautiful livingroom and a separate sun room. Unfortunately I expected that the pool would be open but was still covered. Not sure when they decide to take the cover off but wish I had known it would not be available. It is a great property for a family vacation and would definitely stay again.

Lovely house and great location!
We all had a great time at this house. My husband, parents, sister, brother in-law, and niece all stayed here and loved it. Spacious house, nice rooms, fun games to play, and a convenient location! We are going to need to. Come back in the summer for the pool!

Great family vacation!
We spent a whole week and enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4. The only part that could have been better was the weather which has nothing to do with the house. It rained and was overcast almost everyday. Despite the lack of sun we still enjoyed the amazing pool even though it was a tad chilly thanks in large part to the rain early in the week. The house is very private with no neighbors on 3 sides. The only nextdoor neighbor is close enough to see through the trees but still a decent distance away. The driveway is a tad steep in parts and larger vehicles may find it a little harder to turn around. A couple of days we had to jockey a little with the gentleman that came to tend to the pool so we could leave or vice versa. The drive from the house to Lancaster isn't too bad, though on the narrow roads it will take a little time. We found it a great time for the kids to count the Amish buggy's they saw. We took a trip to Baltimore for the Aquarium and we were in downtown in under an hour and a half. We would recommend the house to anyone wanting to travel to the Lancaster area. You will have to do a little driving but there's plenty to see and do within only 20-30 minutes. It is a quiet retreat out in the country.

Amazingly beautiful and peaceful and relaxing.
We couldn’t get over how beautiful the cabin was inside and outside. We wanted to stay longer. Our kids and teen loved it so much. We enjoyed the scenery and the peaceful location of the cabin. The cabin had everything we needed. We grilled, sat around the fire pit, swam in the pool and on the rainy days we relaxed inside. There was plenty to do nearby. We visited the Susquehanna state park and the Amish village. Supermarkets and places to eat were a short distance away. We truly enjoyed this cabin and the Poole family was very responsive to every question. We would definitely recommend this cabin and would look forward to came back. Our experience was truly pleasant.
