This light, bright, airy design is a welcome place for family and friends. The open concept home has been completely renovated, top to bottom, with quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, new flooring, decks, bedding, luxurious bathrooms and air conditioning.
It is located in the quaint village of Georges Mills, with easy access to Rt 89. The scenery is breathtaking!
You'll have passes to local town beaches on Lake Sunapee and Otter Pond. Georges Mills Beach on Lake Sunapee is .2 miles. This quiet beach is great for picnicking, fishing, summer reading and beaching with little ones. Or you can rent a boat at Sargent's Marina next door. Dewey Beach on Lake Sunapee has concessions, a great area for active kids to play and paddleboards, kayaks and other water equipment free to use.
4 miles east in New London are great restaurants, shopping and the New London Barn Playhouse.
4 miles west is Sunapee Harbor where there are evening band concerts, ice cream, a dinnerboat cruise and the Wild Goose Country Store.
Only 15 minutes to Mt Sunapee Adventure Park for zip lining, ropes courses and mountain bike riding.
Easy highway access to Dartmouth College for parent visits.
This is my first experience sharing a home on VRBO. I am eager to welcome my guests and have put a lot of thought into making 59 Springfield Road a lovely place for you to relax, enjoy and feel pampered.

Beautiful, immaculate home
Amazing! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this stunning home. It's newly updated, perfectly decorated, and very clean. Penny was very accommodating and thought of everything to make the home perfect for her guests. We highly recommend this home and hope to stay again next year!

Great Sunapee ski house
We stayed for a long weekend with 3 adults and 2 kids. Very nice house which appeared to be very recently renovated. Well maintained property. Very comfortable for the 5 of us. Easy booking online with rapid response from the owner. Hope to stay there again in the future.
