Stop dreaming it...start living it! Spend your summer vacation on Maui for only $145/nt. Come escape to Hale o 'Ehu Kai (House of Sea Spray), our oceanfront studio at Pohailani Maui in West Maui. You'll be 20 feet from the water, with expansive ocean views, including the islands of Moloka'i and Lana'i. Completely refurbished and upgraded, with all new furniture, well equipped kitchen, and AC for your comfort. You'll fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves. We've just returned from a trip to the condo (we visit 2 or 3 times a year) supervising installation of new flooring, and added all new linens, pillows, quilt, lanai cushions, and kitchen items. Love those sunsets! What are you celebrating? We've hosted honeymoons, babymoons, anniversaries, birthdays, blessings of good health reports...or just time to go to Maui!
The unit is up one flight of stairs, on the second floor (no elevator) of a 3 story building. This provides security and enhanced views, and an over-sized very private lanai. Grill downstairs, get take out, or cook in your own kitchen, then dine on your very own lanai, with the sunset in full view. You won't find a better table at any restaurant! Relax on the comfy chaise loungers, or look down to watch the turtles. You'll see whales too, in season.
As new owners (Oct. 2015) we personally manage our condo, and answer your questions. Includes free Wifi, a 42 in. flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player, air conditioning, free assigned parking space, with additional guest parking. The complex's tennis courts, coin-op laundry and 2 swimming pools are right across the street. For the beach, we provide a cooler, chairs, umbrella, and swim towels. We've designed a guest binder, with a list of Farmer’s Markets, dining recommendations and menus, and our personally compiled list of dining, shopping, and beach options within a short walk from the condo.
Plan a multi-island trip for Maui and our Kauai oceanfront condo and get a discount! We'll waive Maui's cleaning fee of $115 if you book consecutive stays in each of our condos. Both bookings must be made concurrently (at the same time) and they must be for 5 nights or longer in each condo, totaling 10 nights or more. Email for more information. Awesome Stay
We truly loved our few days here. The view is amazing, it is quaint studio condo and it was exactly what we were looking for. We loved that there was a beach and stores in walkable distance, and that we were right on the water - we saw whales (in late April!) from our lanai one morning. Definitely recommend if you dont need extreme luxuries when you travel!

Perfect condo for relaxing vacation in Maui
Fantastic quiet condo in a great location! It was very clean, well kept, with all the supplies you may need. We loved being right by the water, facing stunning sunsets, falling asleep and waking up with the relaxing sounds of the waves, watching sea turtles every morning from the large lanai while having breakfast. We are already discussing returning to Maui and booking this condo again!

Excellent home away from home in paradise
We found the condo so comfortable, everything you need available including beach gear including snorkeling. Sitting on the lanai at night was spectacular, and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was exactly what we'd hoped for. Great location and amenities on the property - enjoyed the garden pool which was nicely shaded for hot days. Highly recommend this as a go-to for Maui.
