Absolutely perfect!
Not your average beach cottage..sooooo clean and comfy..not a detail missed..plenty of room and storage for your things..beautiful back deck..5 min walk to the beach! Can't wait for next summer..thank you Linda and Paul!

Perfect family beach cottage!
Paul and Linda have created the best place for a family to vacation in Seabrook. The cottage is close to great seafood restaurants, ice cream, parasailing, the beach and 20 minute walk to Hampton. They responded to any requests promptly and ensured a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The interior is spotless and modern...unlike many other cottages. The unit accommodated a large extended family very comfortably. There is a short walk to the awesome beach and it is not crowded at all. This is our second year there and plan to return next year. Relaxing family vacation home
This place was excellent! It is everything you would expect a quaint beach house to be. Paul greeted us. He gave us our keys and a few helpful pointers (stores, beach location). Perfect location as you are close to the private and public beaches at Seabrook. The private beach was our favorite area during the day. Also, there is a convenience store, ice cream shop, a few restaurants and a NH State Liquor Store within close walking distance to the house. Hampton Beach is a little further but we enjoyed the walk as it is very tranquil walking along the back roads to the bridge at Hampton Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and look forward to being able to spend another week there in the future. Thank you Paul and Linda for sharing your home with our family!
