There is 3 apartments in the same building .this unit is apartment 2 . lower level has the kitchen , laundry room and living room . There are ceiling fans in living room. The living room is split into two sections . There is a sectional couch . Plenty of room to spread out.
the top level has 3 bedrooms and full bathroom ,air condition in every bedroom.
Master bedroom is large with a big closet and a TV . Two other bedrooms: one with a bunk bed twin over full size bed, dresser , the third bedroom with two twin beds and a dresser.
Fenced backyard with picnic table and grill. The location is fabulous - it s on a short one way street that loops around by the church, with very little traffic. Short walk to the strip, but far enough away that you could barely hear the sirens going.
There is only 1 parking space. There is an extra parking space not far from the house for extra fee please ask for more details .
