Our smartly constructed 3 bedroom, 2.25 bath home is the ideal place for next getaway. Whether you enjoy golfing, biking, hiking, snow sports, gourmet food / wine, fly fishing, horseback riding, river rafting or just want a place to BBQ, play games / watch movies and or soak in a hot tub, the house will not disappoint!

The home has a fantastic design and will provide a great vacation experience for your group. You will notice spaciousness of the high ceilings as you enter the front door, which leads seamlessly through the gourmet kitchen, complete with 5 burner gas stove, large Sub-Zero refrigerator, beverage fridge, toaster oven, microwave and dishwasher. Between the kitchen and living area is dining area with seating for 6. The living room provides a great gathering space– With its large and comfy sectional (which contains a twin sized hide-a-bed), fireplace, entertainment center, 47” plasma screen (complete with Cable TV, HBO, surround sound and a great DVD movie collection) and wide accordion style patio doors, that allow you to open the home up completely to the lovely outdoor space with fire pit, hot tub and BBQ. A powder room offers a nice addition to the common area.
Just off of the living area is a master suite with comfy king sized bed and separate access to the outdoor space, which is perfect for pets. This master suite offers a 40” plasma screen with Dish TV. The bathroom contains a claw foot tub, enclosed glass shower, two sinks and spacious vanity. The walk in closet is heated, contains a changing table and a pack and play - so you can leave yours at home! This will make for a quiet and separate nursery to allow baby to sleep peacefully.
Upstairs is another master suite, with firm king bed and memory foam mattress pad for a lovely night sleep. In this suite there is a twin sized pull out ottoman and a 40” plasma screen with Dish TV. This room has a little look out to the Stuart mountain range and also has a spacious bathroom with two sinks and a large adjoining walk in closet perfect for another infant/toddler bed. Also on this floor is a smaller third bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed. The base rental price includes lodging, towels and linens for 6, however we allow up to 8 guests total with approval and an extra person fee for guests 7, 8. Linens, duvets, pillows and towels are provided for these extra folks once prepaid and approved. Up to two pets are allowed with payment of a pet fee for the stay, so long as the pets are not left unattended in the home (use a kennel if you leave) and so long as pets are well behaved and house broken. Any accidents or damage to the home will result in additional charges to repair / clean.
Located in the heart of the resort, our Suncadia retreat is a very short walk from the Inn, which houses the Prospector course Pro Shop and The Canary Grill – open during the golf season. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the Lodge, which contains 2 restaurants, a coffee shop and a great hiking trail down to the Cle Elum River. It is a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive from Swiftwater Cellars and the Rope Rider golf course.

*** Please note, the Suncadia Swim and fitness center requires that we physically walk our guests in. We offer this when we are staying in the resort (we are around at least three times monthly), ask if we are around in your inquiry if you are interested in using the facility.***
Cancellation policy: Damage deposit, tax & cleaning always fully refundable. 90% of the total nightly rental rate returned for any cancellations over 60 days prior to arrival. Partial refund inside of 60 days if re-rented, refund depends on new rental income received, any difference is paid by original renter.

Wonderful getaway
We had a fabulous stay. The home is in a great location, is spacious and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable, the towels were soft, there was unlimited hot water (which we have at home at appreciate). It truly felt like a home away from home. Our boys were happy to find a basketball and frisbees in the garage. There was a good selection of movies. We were so happy to be able to bring our dog who loved lounging on the covered back porch. The owner James was quick to reply when we had questions and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful home.

Rental as advertised
We loved this rental property and will definitely use it again in the future. The house was perfect for us and our 2 dogs. It was clean and very welcoming. We did have issues with the hot tub but we were gone so much we didn’t have much time to use it anyway. The yard is perfect for pets. It is fenced and in areas where the fence does not reach the ground they have covered with chicken wire.

Wedding Weekend
We wanted a place where our family could be together one last time as our daughter was getting married and this worked out perfectly. The house had plenty of room for all of us and was very comfortable and clean. We are very happy with our stay and would love to stay again should the chance arrive.
