You will be in Emerald Island Resort which is one of the most desirable Resort Communities in the area and you will be less than 3 miles to Disney World.
You will have plenty of room for the family in our modified 7 bedrooms 5 1/2 bathrooms, with 4 Master Suites- all fit for a King with their lavish beds and decor and private bathrooms. Each bedroom is set up with TV and VCR/DVD players. When you want to put the children to bed - you will find the two other bedrooms - 1 with a full size bunk bed, and a CHILDREN's Slumber Room with 6 beds will accommodate them all. You can catch up on unfinished work projects in the computer Loft. You can have quiet time reflecting back on the days adventures in our Formal Living Room. When you choose to eat in you can choose the formal Dining Room or serve buffet style in the Den and Kitchen that overlooks a 'South Facing Pool',
You can challenge the family to competing in the GAME ROOM which is outfitted with Pool Table, Air Hockey or foosball and TV/VCR/DVD and more games.
This home is the ultimate in Vacationing but is only a part of what you get. The Resort itself has a heated pool and spa (not a free standing hot tub), Tiki Bar for relaxing and enjoying friends. Beautiful, Comfortable Home with many amenities
We've been renting from Lesley Stone for many years and every home we rented was immaculate, comfortable, located close to Disney, and a pleasure to consider our "home away from home." Lesley's homes are a million times better than staying at a local hotel or motel. Plus...Lesley is a pleasure to work with, and has become a friend to our family over the years. This Pool Home in Emerald Island Resort is, without a doubt, the very best-of-the-best. It is ideal for very large families or groups, has a lovely outdoor patio with tables, chairs, lounge chairs, barbecue, and pool. Each room was immaculate and comfortable. One room in particular is well-suited to children as it is set up dormitory-style and decorated just for them. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials...just bring your own food and drink. And the game room was a pleasure for both the adults and the kids alike. Do yourself a favor...if you are going to Disney and really want to experience the best in comfort in a real home, not just a hotel room, then do not hesitate to rent this Pool Home near Disney, located in the Emerald Island Resort community in Kissimmee. Property was nicely maintained. It's probably about 10-15 yr old home but nicely kept up.
The property manager was very helpful. I was able to ask for an early check in as we had an early flight with 2 young ones. She was able to accommodate us and even checked in with me to see if anything else was needed. Would definitely recommend a stay for anyone!

Came to our rescue
Lovely home that is spacious, well kept and super clean. The owner, Leslie, is definitely one of the nicest people you will ever work with on VRBO. We had a horrible experience with our 1st rental (in that they appeared to be a complete scam) and Leslie worked with VRBO and was able to acccommodate our large family of 6 the next day early morning. She was so wonderful work with and was very empathetic to what had happened. Will also say that VRBO did a fantastic job of rectifying the issue with the first buyer as well. Renters beware of property owners that advertise multi locations with limited reviews in the Story Lake area!!! It’s a scam!

Beautiful property, well maintained, and property manager is awesome!
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It was well maintained, very clean, and had plenty of room for our extended family of 14. The Disney character room and connecting "Rapunzel tower style" decorated bathroom for the kids was a great space. We spent a lot of time in the game room playing ping pong and enjoying the outdoor space and pool. Visiting the Disney parks is a breeze as it was only a 5-10 minute drive! Next time we all visit together we'll be sure to stay here again! Thank you so much for your hospitality. We really felt at home and comfortable in this gorgeous home.

My Emerald Castle experience was GREAT!!!
From Jul 15-Jul 19 I stayed at the Emerald Castle with my family of 16 . The house was very spacious where we didn't feel crowded at all. It has been VERY WELL MAINTAINED And it was VERY CLEAN and COMFORTABLE with all the amenities!!! Leslie was EASY TO CONTACT to answer any questions and always pleasant to speak with. Large clean home. There were only 6 of use which left more than enough room to spread out. The three children loved the Disney room everyone had a favorite character bed.
