Description
Walk into this charming condo in Pilot House, Sandestin, and notice the beach chic theme we have woven throughout the rooms. The main living area is comfortable as well as functional. You can sink into the couch to watch the gave on your flatscreen TV, or step out onto the balcony and enjoy the palm trees and resort views. The kitchen comes fully loaded with kitchen and cookware utensils. All appliances are up to date and there is generous counter space both for cooking and for eating. The dinig area seats 4 comfortably, and 3 more can sit at the breakfast bar. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: The master bedroom features a king size bed with fine linens, a beautifully green view, and a private bathroom. IN the private bathroom you will find a separate bath tub for soaking, and a walk in shower for those quick rinses after the pool. The Guest bedroom is similarly set up, but it has a queen bed with a set of fine linens of it's own, and both bedrooms have TV's for some light entertainment before dozing off. Additional guests can be accommodated in the living room, as the couch pulls out into a queen size sleeper. The guest bathroom serves the main living area as well.
Sandestin is a 2400 acre resort like no other in Florida, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side of the resort fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. If seven miles of waterfront is not enough, the resort offers amenities for every type of person. These amenities include 4 championship golf courses; 14 tennis courts, of which 11 are clay and 4 are lighted for evening play; biking; hiking; fishing; kayaking; boogie boarding; miniature golf; fabulous restaurants; unique shopping; and an array of additional activities await you. The Sandestin Tram makes it easy to get around, no need for a car!

Please note, in addition to the nightly fee, there is a $155 Departure Clean, $59 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $35 Reservation Fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $200 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler�s Insurance has been procured, which is highly encouraged.

Baytowne love
The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was so perfect for a get together with friends! Plenty of room for sleeping, and loved that we could just walk down and be right in the village of baytowne. It was super clean, updated, and the beds were comfy!
