Sandestin is a 2400 acre resort like no other in Florida. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side of the resort fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. If seven miles of waterfront is not enough, the resort offers amenities for every type of person. These amenities include 4 championship golf courses; 14 tennis courts, of which 11 are clay and 4 are lighted for evening play; biking; hiking; fishing; kayaking; boogie boarding; miniature golf; fabulous restaurants; unique shopping; and an array of additional activities await you. The Sandestin Tram makes it easy to get around, no need for a car!
Please note, in addition to the nightly fee, there is a $155 Departure Clean, $59 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $35 Reservation Fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $200 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler�s Insurance has been procured, which is highly encouraged.

And after a full day at the beach and pool, the beds were extra comfy, and the window shades made sure that our kiddos wouldn’t be waking up too early in the morning :). The unit is also walking distance to all the shops and restaurants at Baytowne. Would definitely stay again.
