Prepare for a delightful journey as your vacation begins at this gorgeous property on Tivoli Way in Sandestin. Checking in is as easy as opening the front door! Walk right into this sprawling oasis of relaxation and take a load off! The living room features high ceilings and an open floor plan. You will notice the cool, chic tones throughout this condo reflected in all of the rooms. Sink into the comfortable couch for a movie after a long day at the beach, or head over to the spacious kitchen and cook a meal for the family. Stock up on wine in the wine fridge located in the kitchen. The smart design of this kitchen will make preparing meals a breeze, and the stainless appliances, beautiful lighting and all the necessary cooking utensils will surely help. Enjoy eating your meals either in the charming dining area which seats 6, with 3 additional seats at the bar, or on the gorgeous screened in porch. The master bedroom is located toward the back right of this unit, and has a door leading out to the screened in porch as well. The master suite is a beautiful space for resting and comfort. With high ceilings, luxurious linens and a sprawling king size bed, you will never want to leave this room. And since no master is complete without it's very own private bath, ours features a gorgeous updated bathroom with double sinks, a stand up shower and a spacious bath tub for soaking. The first guest bedroom is located on the front right side, and has a king size bed with fine linens and covers. The second guest bedroom holds a king size bed made up with beautiful linens and a private bathroom of its own. This guest bath has a combination shower and tub. All bedrooms feature flat screen TV's. Going up the spiral staircase you will find the third guest bedroom. This cozy and charming space comes with two bunk beds and a TV. One is a twin over queen with fine linens, and the other is a full over full with a set of fine linens of it's own. The upstairs guest bedroom also has a private bathroom with a stand up shower. There is also a full bathroom by the front entrance.
You will find that both pool and beach are within walking distance. The pool is conveniently located behind the property and to the left. Just follow the charming paved and lit path behind the condo!
GOLF CART: The driver needs to have a valid Driver's License and proof of insurance. Please place the charging cord under the golf cart when charging is complete. When the cords are left out, other guests may accidentally take our charging cord.
Sandestin is a 2400 acre resort like no other in Florida, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side of the resort fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. If seven miles of waterfront is not enough, the resort offers amenities for every type of person. These amenities include 4 championship golf courses; 14 tennis courts, of which 11 are clay and 4 are lighted for evening play; biking; hiking; fishing; kayaking; boogie boarding; miniature golf; fabulous restaurants; unique shopping; and an array of additional activities await you. The Sandestin Tram makes it easy to get around, no need for a car!
Please note, in addition to the nightly fee, there is a $279 Departure Clean, $69 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $45 Reservation Fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $200 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler�s Insurance has been procured, which is highly encouraged.
