Welcome to Beach & Beignets! Located on Tivoli Way in Sandestin, the entire family will be delighted by this luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo. With it's prime location, you will never run out of things to do and sights to see. With our golf cart at your disposal, you can ride down to the sugar white sands on the beach or spend the afternoon playing golf at out 18-hole course. Take a dip in the cool blue water of the Tivoli pool conveniently located just steps from this property, and soak up the sun!Spend your days exploring our beautiful beaches and shops, and the nights relaxing at home or dining out in one of the many restaurants at Baytowne Wharf.
You will find that both pool and beach are within walking distance. The pool is conveniently located behind the property and to the left. Just follow the charming paved and lit path behind the condo!
GOLF CART: The driver needs to have a valid Driver's License and proof of insurance. Please place the charging cord under the golf cart when charging is complete. When the cords are left out, other guests may accidentally take our charging cord.
Sandestin is a 2400 acre resort like no other in Florida, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side of the resort fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. If seven miles of waterfront is not enough, the resort offers amenities for every type of person. These amenities include 4 championship golf courses; 14 tennis courts, of which 11 are clay and 4 are lighted for evening play; biking; hiking; fishing; kayaking; boogie boarding; miniature golf; fabulous restaurants; unique shopping; and an array of additional activities await you. The Sandestin Tram makes it easy to get around, no need for a car!

Please note, in addition to the nightly fee, there is a $279 Departure Clean, $69 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $45 Reservation Fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $200 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler�s Insurance has been procured, which is highly encouraged.
