Explore this gem of the Emerald Coast and fall in love with our beautiful sugar white beaches, charming shopping centers and so much more! Start you vacation with ease- simply open the front door and you are checked in! Take your first steps into your dream vacation, and notice the chic, cool color scheme we have chosen for this house. The living area features notes of silver among varying tones of sea glass and greens to compliment the wide open spaces which are outfitted with beach chic furnishing and decor. Sink into the couch to watch the flat screen TV or cook dinner with your family in this sprawling kitchen. Granite counter tops, stainless appliances and beautiful lighting are just a few of the perks. You will also find all the necessary dishware and cookware to help you enjoy a meal right in your beach house. The master suite features a king size bed with luxurious linens, a private bath and carpeted floors. There is also plenty of drawer space and a Smart TV for some light entertainment before bed. The master bathroom is spacious and offers a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The first guest room features a king size bed with quality linens, carpeted floors and a TV and a private bathroom. The second guest room has a double over double bunk bed with a twin trundle, large TV and an ensuite bathroom. For additional guests, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a half bath for the guests in the main living area.
To use the complimentary golf cart, all drivers must present us with a copy of their driver's license and their auto insurance policy information. Guests are responsible for any golf cart liability or damage.

Please note, in addition to the nightly fee, there is a $220 Departure Clean, $69 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $45 Reservation Fee. Damage Waiver does not cover golf cart damage.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $200 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler’s Insurance has been procured, which is highly encouraged.
