Sterling Shores, Deja Blue 1002 offers coastal chic style, comfort and amazing beach views. It has been fully renovated, anticipating your every need when staying on the beach! With stunning, new furnishings, neutral decor and upscale finishes, this 3 bedroom, two bathroom property offers the utmost in condo luxury on the beach.
You will love the location in the heart of Destin. There are two world class pools, one is heated and gulf front and the other is a large lagoon style pool with waterfalls and a multitude of lounge chairs. We have an assortment of excellent restaurants nearby with The Back Porch and The Candy Store just a few steps away and also plenty of activities for the kids nearby.
When you want to relax after a day at the beach, the living area has a 55� 4G Smart TV, providing free Netflix and HBO. For a lovely view of the gulf, step onto the balcony and relax awhile. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating for our guests to enjoy.
The kitchen has been thoughtfully updated with granite countertops, stainless appliances, subway tile backsplash and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals. The spacious dining room will easily accommodate 6 guests at the table, and 4 more at the breakfast bar
The large, renovated gulf front master bedroom has a comfortable (and new) king hybrid memory foam mattress, a new smart TV and access to the balcony with beautiful gulf views. The suite is complete with a private bath with jetted tub and shower.
The first guest bedroom has a comfortable king bed and a smart TV. The adjoining guest bath has been completely remodeled and has a gorgeous, brand new walk-in shower with a stone tile floor and niche. This bath also opens to the hall serving the main living areas and the bunk room.
The super cool bunk room has a full, new memory foam mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. Lots of fun to be had by the kids in here, playing fort, watching a movie, and hopefully eventually falling asleep. There�s also a small wall mounted TV.
For your convenience, our vacation condo offers a washer and dryer, convenient parking, elevator entrance, and complimentary WIFI.
Two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit for guest use!
Beach Setup is $40/day or $200/week.
Please note, in addition to the nightly fee, there is a $210 Departure Clean, $69 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $45 Reservation Fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $200 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler�s Insurance has been procured, which is highly encouraged.

Beautiful condo on the beach!
Beautiful condo on the beach - unbelievable views, the water is crystal clear and reminded me of Turks/Caicos beaches. The condo was completely remodeled and very clean along with all the amenities you will need! Great location to restaurants and parks and easy to get to from the Destin Airport. I would highly recommend staying in this unit - 3 bedroom with 2 baths and large balcony. I will definitely be back - this was my first trip to Destin and loved it!

Stunning 10th Floor Unit w/Incredible Gulf Views
Sterling Shores 1002 is a stunning, recently renovated 3-bedroom unit with beautiful, beach views from the living room and master bedroom. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The entire unit is beautifully decorated, sunny and bright. There are two king beds and also a twin over full bunk in the 3rd bedroom. There are smart TV’s with streaming including, Netflix and Free HBO. The smaller pool near the beach is heated all year round which was fun for us to take a dip on chilly days. Sterling Shores is centrally located to all the Destin action and fun with plenty of close activities for the kids. The Back Porch restaurant is located next to the heated pool and one morning, we enjoyed fabulous breakfast sandwiches at The Candy Store. The private beach is easily walkable and very close with bathrooms located next to the small pool area. I would highly recommend this unit for the views and comfort!

The condo is completely remodeled with all the necessities from home, short ride from the airport and very accessible to all the restaurants and shopping areas. I would highly recommend staying in this unit - 3 bedroom/2 baths with large balcony. I will definitely be back - this was my first trip to Destin and loved it!
