Heaven's View is located on the 10th floor of Sterling Shores, you will never forget the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! Spend time lounging by one of or two breath taking pools, or soaking up the sun on our sugar white beaches! Updated and chic!
The first thing you will notice in this Sterling Shores are the incredible Gulf views from the wall to wall, floor to ceiling, glass sliding doors leading from the living room onto the over sized balcony. Every sunset and sunrise will be a stunning show of colors and light. Enjoy the beautiful weather and Gulf views while rocking on the balcony's rocking chairs or lazing on the large sectional sofa. Or, set up camp in the living area to watch your favorite movie on the extra large smart TV!
The kitchen is furnished with all of the cookware and necessary utensils needed to cook a gourmet meal after a lazy day at the beach! Enjoy generous counter space in the kitchen as well as plenty of storage for your groceries. The dinner table seats 6 with 4 additional seats at the bar, or you can enjoy your meals outside at the 4 seat dining table on the balcony.
The master bedroom suite has an incredibly comfortable king size bed with beautiful bedding. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV for some light entertainment before bed. The master suite also features lots of storage space and a private bathroom, separate shower and a large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen, also beautifully coiffed, which opens up to the guest bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Again, each bedroom has a TV! The guest bathroom has a double sink vanity, a combination tub and shower and opens to the hall and has a send door to the queen bedroom. For your convenience, we have a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The unit was recently refurbished with new floors, furnishings, updated bathrooms and appliances.
The property has wonderful amenities, a huge lagoon pool with fabulous fountains for the kids, a second pool directly on the beach which is heated during the cold periods. There are 4 gas BBQ grills by the lagoon pool with plenty of outside dining tables to enjoy your meal. You can get your work out in the well equipped fitness room from weights to cardio.
Beach Setup is $40/Day or $200/Week.
Please note, in addition to the nightly rate, there is a $220 Departure Clean, $69 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $50 Reservation Fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $200 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler’s Insurance has been procured, which is highly encouraged.

Gorgeous condo with breathtaking views!!!
We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very spacious. My husband and I along with our 3 boys felt right at home!!! Very exquisite decor and furnishings!!! Also, the balcony was very spacious with plenty of seating and overall very quiet. We will be coming back!!!
