Every room has been professionally decorated to flow and work together in harmony. The stunning kitchen features granite counters, refreshed open face shelving and brand new appliances. No cost has been spared! Cook extravagant meals on the professional gas range in this state of the art kitchen, and dine on the extra long custom dining room table. The dinner table will easily seat 10, with 5 additional seats in the adjacent kitchen bar areas. You will find a beautifully updated full bathroom by the kitchen entrance which serves to the first floor. The first floor also features a generous living room overlooking the lake, with abundant seating and a 65 inch smart TV over the gas fire place. Walk out of the double doors straight onto the back deck overlooking the lake and pool. It is the perfect place to grill on the gas BBQ and dine alfresco. The heated pool can be enjoyed year around. We also have a large fully ship lapped first floor bedroom with a king sized bed and built in bunks twin bunks, all outfitted in fine linens. The various custom built bunk beds throughout the home have great features, such as individual lights and outlets for phones and computers. Each bedroom also features plenty of closet space and flat Screen TV's. On the second floor, at the top of the stairs, you will find the laundry center with an extra large washer and dryer, as well as three additional bedrooms. The master suite is simply awe inspiring with it's fabulous views, chic design, king temperpedic mattress and custom luxury linens. You will also find seating, a large smart TV and a private bathroom suite which attached to the master. The luxurious Thassos and Carrara marble bathroom has sprawling double vanities, separate extra large walk in shower and a stand alone tub for every creature comfort. Tucked away in a private area by the master closet, is a hidden bunk niche for the kids! Across from the twin bunk beds is the master closet. The bedroom just down the hall has two queen beds, a walk in closet, private bathroom, custom linens and a large smart TV! The final show stopper is a large custom built bunk room that sleeps 10 people, two sets full over full bunks with twin trundles, amazing carpentry! Each bunk has a charging nook and a sconce light for late night reading and telling stories! A wonderful space for children or adults, there is plenty of room for all! There is also a large smart TV for those nights when you just can't fall asleep! The bathroom servicing this bunk room is just around the corner.

4 chairs and 2 umbrellas are set up on the beach. Just ask the attendant for My Beach Alibi set up!!
Please note, in addition to the nightly fee, there is a $368 Departure Clean, $79 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $45 Reservation Fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $200 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler’s Insurance has been procured, which is highly encouraged.

Family vacation at Sandestin
The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the beach. The condo was perfect for our family. It was a little farther from the beach than we realized it would be, but the use of the golf cart made that very manageable. Sandestin is a beautiful place!
