Description
The Admiral Benbow. Cute cottage just four houses from a beach that has been named one of only four 'superstar beaches' in the country. On a lot with two similar cottages, tucked away from the street in a small private garden. Light and bright with coastal décor. Hardwood floors, carpet, new kitchen and bath. Large private deck and/or patio with beautiful patio furniture and barbecue grill. One queen bed and two twin beds. Off-street parking for one car in shared driveway.
Walk to everything in town - restaurants, coffee shop nearby, bars, town park, shopping, entertainment - or take the local open air 'Jolly Trolley' at the end of the street for a quick ride to the Rehoboth Boardwalk. The Trolley runs every 20 minutes from 8 am to 1 am daily.
RENTALS WEEKLY ONLY JUNE 1-SEPT 1. During the summer months there are no weekend rentals. But other arrangements possible September through May. Rental is Saturday to Saturday. Check-in at 3 pm, Check-out at 10 am. Tenants bring sheets, towels and paper products. $400 security deposit required with rental. Half payment is due four days from receipt of lease, the balance is due 30 days prior to rental.

Perfect beach cottage
We have stayed at this cute cottage for 3 different summers. Love the close proximity to the beach! Great porch out front to grill and eat, or just to sit and read. Cottage rests back off the street behind lovely landscaping which gives it a nice, secluded feeling right in Dewey! Very comfortable!

Cute cottage in the middle of everything!
This cottage is perfect for a small family or even just for a couple. The cottage has all the amenities and even an updated kitchen! But it's the location that is just perfect - just a few steps away from the beach, shopping, food and entertainment in Dewey Beach. If you want something different you can drive just a few minutes to Rehoboth or Bethany beach. My wife and I had a very relaxing and peaceful time staying here and our pet dog loved going to the beach everyday. The owner was very accomodating and easy to deal with. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat.

Adorable cottage near the beach
We visit this lovely beach cottage at least once a year. It's an easy walk to the beach, comfy with a well-stocked kitchen and adequate storage. We like to dine al fresco on the patio as well. It's attractive on the inside with games, books and interesting movies for rainy days. They also include tips of places to go for meals.

Fantastic Cottage & Perfect Location!
My girlfriend and I come here every year. We love this spot! It is perfectly located. Walk out the front door and walk 30 seconds down a quiet street to the beach. Hungry? There are literally a dozen + spots within 1-2 blocks where you can grab drinks and food. Dewey Beer Company, a small craft beer brewery and kitchen is a must visit (www.deweybeerco.com). Across the street is the Starboard (www.thestarboard.com). DO NOT MISS their brunch. Dozens of other bars, restaurants, live music venues, bike rentals, kayaking, jet skis, and other activities are only a short walk away. If you want to explore, Rehoboth Beach (more great restaurants and shopping), Cape Henlopen (great bike trails, hiking and beaches), Outlets (premium shopping), Bethany Beach, Ocean City (old school boardwalk, amusement park rides, fishing, etc.) are all very nearby. Cottage comes fully equipped with an outdoor deck and grill, TV, WIFI, beach chairs, fully equipped kitchen, AC, etc. Remember that the shoulder season's (March/April and September/October) are also great times to visit. Nice weather and no crowds.

Lovely cottage for a beach getaway!
This cottage is always my first choice for a Dewey Beach vacation, both on- and off-season. The location could not be better...a short walk to the beach and to local restaurants. Set back from the quiet cul-de-sac, the garden and patio are a great place to barbecue, crack some crabs, and enjoy the sun. With room for four, it is perfect for couples and families. Everything you need is provided...including full size washer and dryer! We love this little gem.

The perfect cozy beach cottage

Oasis in the middle of Dewey Beach
Located off a courtyard behind another cottage, this cottage is a private, quiet retreat from the beach and lively Dewey Beach strip. Modest in size, but perfectly comfortable for 4 adults. The porch in front is a wonderful place to wind down, grill, eat, and enjoy being outside. Located 100 yards from the beach entrance, you can easily come and go from the beach all day. One thing to note: the cottage is part of a duplex. There is a wall that divides the deck and provides privacy, but you will see the neighbors leaving and returning if you are out front. You'll also be able to hear them enjoying their deck. Our neighbors were quiet and respectful, so this wasn't an issue.

Love this property!
We had a wonderful time! The property was everything that it was advertised to be. Very clean and cozy, having a full kitchen and a clothes washer and dryer was wonderful. We could actually hear and smell the ocean from our house! Myron was extremely helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We can't wait to come back!

Great little spot!
We had a great vacation here. We loved how close to the beach the cottage is as well as the walkable distance to fun places to eat. The front porch is a great place for coffee and dinner as trees block it from sight from the road.

Great beach getaway!
Very convenient location! Made getting too and from the beach with a toddler easy and fun. The cottage was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
