Home has three spacious bedrooms, air conditioning, gas fireplace, new granite countertops, washer dryer, free Internet, widescreen TV and DVD in living room plus TV DVD combos in master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. Elegantly decorated in pastel colors, freshly painted and with new floors. In addition to the rooftop deck, there is a private deck off the master bedroom and a wonderful 3rd deck with peaceful ocean view: the PERFECT spot to watch the dolphins as you sip morning coffee, or dine al fresco after a fun day on the beach.
Located away from the noise, yet just minutes from all the Boardwalk attractions or downtown shops and restaurants. In the evening, turn on the ceiling fans and slumber to the sound of the surf. Absolutely no smokers please. All rentals are for 7 nights and start at 2 PM on Saturday and end at 10 AM the following Saturday. We're Pet Friendly for a small dog at owner's discretion. No early check in or late check out as our staff needs the time between check out and check in to prepare for new guests. No prom, high school or college groups. Come see why most of our guests return year after year! We now offer an optional linen service: don;t waste suitcase space packing sheets, towels & pillow cases, we can provide them for only $25.
