1 Bedroom, 3rd floor Condo with Tropical Ocean View!
This condo is located in the “C” building at the Wavecrest Resort on the tropical, East end of Moloka’i.
We recently purchased this condo and completely remodeled the unit from top to bottom in October 2017. It has all new appliances, dishes and linens. The quality King size bed is super luxurious and the sleeper sofa pulls out for extra guests.
The lanai overlooks the meticulously manicured courtyard of the resort and on out to the Pacific Ocean on either side of the Cabana pool. This is the best view in either “B” or “C” buildings. It is a “tranquil delight” to behold!
The kitchen is completely stocked with everything necessary for home cooking. Beach amenities are provided for fun filled days in the water. They include beach chairs, umbrella, soft cooler, snorkel gear and a surfboard. Enjoy the oceanfront pool, and tennis courts!
Moloka’i is the Hawaii of 60 years ago. It is quiet with beautiful tropical landscape, slow paced and with friendly citizens. Great paved roads and a small town atmosphere provides the incentive to relax and to enjoy life.
Flying into Moloka’i you will fly over the highest Ocean Cliffs in the United States of America! You will see the many beautiful waterfalls across the land.
We are licensed with the State of Hawaii to rent our 2003 Jaguar S-Type sedan, or our older 2001 Mitsubishi Convertible available to rent.. The Jaguar is a silver, four door sedan that we enjoyed on the mainland and shipped to Moloka’i for us to use while there, as well as for our guests to use. This is a separate contract from VRBO’s and Homeaway’s contract. Feel free to ask us about it! We also have an older 2001 Mitsubishi convertible available to rent if you are interested.

Great view, well-appointed, great value
The unit was impeccably clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Especially appreciated the well-appointed kitchen, crock pot and rice cooker were great bonuses to making quick dinners. The view is lovely, our favorite "room" was the lanai with its nice table/chairs and the comfy lounge. Communication with the owner was outstanding: detailed info and instructions, and extremely prompt responses to any questions. They were a delight to work with! Pool area was such a great place to gather with our family, all on island for our daughter's wedding. Thank you, Meredith and Jerry!

Very nice condo so close to the ocean with refreshing breezes.
Comfortable condo well equipped with beautiful views across the lawn with palm trees and then the ocean. Unit had everything needed for comfort with a good large bed. Only downside was noisy neighbors. Overall, best place on Molokai.

Great property for a relaxing weekend
This unit has a nice view, although not right on the water. Sitting on the lanai is very relaxing, just listening to the wind through the palm trees. The bedroom was lovely with a nice bed and plenty of dresser and closet space to unpack for an extended stay. Kitchen was well equipped with just about everything you'd need to prepare a nice meal. The foldaway bed/couch was very worn and uncomfortable to the point that you just felt the springs through the thin mattress. If you are looking to use it as a bed, be prepared for some back spasms. TV/Internet worked fine, although you don't want to spend too much time inside! The property has a great pool area with plenty of lounge chairs in the sun and chairs in the shade for getting cool, having a meal or playing games. The BBQ's are great for grilling and cleaned daily. The management takes very good care of the grounds and the office is there to help with any problems. I definitely recommend this unit for your Molokai vacation.
