Description
Our condo at Destin's Miramar Beach has 2+ bedrooms, 2 baths, 4 flat screen TVs, 2 DVD players, free WiFi, private 2.5 acres of beach along with tennis courts, hot tub, two pools and shuffleboard.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig and coffee maker. There are 2 sets of dishes, new cookware and plenty of glasses. The 6 foot table comfortably seats 6 and has extensions in case you decide to have a family feast.
The living room boasts a comfortable sofa, loveseat, LED TV, stereo and DVD player.
The master suite features a king size bed, dresser, LCD TV and a private bath. The guest suite has a queen size bed, dresser, LED TV and direct access to a shared bath.
There is a bunk room with a LED TV and DVD player to keep the kids entertained.
Finally, the 30 foot balcony has a patio set with seating for 4 that is accessible from the living room and master suite.

This is a perfect place for us
This property is very well located, we were steps from the beach, restaurants, and pools. The condo itself is very cozy, has a nice patio, and all of the essentials. We were a group of 4 adults and one child, this fit us perfectly, with one bed to spare. I would be glad to stay here again. One bit of advice, the check-in time is 4:00pm, we were so excited to arrive that we ended up waiting to get in. Also, there are two entrances to the Maravilla complex, so access is a breeze, even with all of the road contruction in Mirimar Beach.

Everything was wonderful!!!!

We had a great family vacation. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and just a short 3 min walk to the beach. Being able to take our dogs with us was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Loved It!
Aside from red tide and Hurricane Michael, we still had a great trip. The condo was very clean and comfy. Jim was in constant contact with us when we were preparing for the hurricane, which was relieving. I would definitely stay here again :)

Clean, close to the beach
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit itself was clean, comfy and well stocked with games, movies, and beach “stuff” - shovels and pails, body boards and extra chairs. The complex as a whole was also very clean and in a great location to the beach. Jim was very kind and answered all of our questions within a short time. We came into the area just a few days after hurricane Michael and we were concerned that we would have to cancel our trip, but Jim was quick to respond that Maravilla had not lost power or internet during the storm and all was well. And it was. It was perfect and roomy for our family of 5. We hope to book again next year!

Quiet and relaxing
The condo was nice. The bedroom with the bunk beds was much smaller than we realized it would be. We had everything we needed to start the week off, plenty of dishes and silverware, towels, and other supplies. This condo is on the third floor so if you have a dog, that's a bit inconvenient. Otherwise it was decently clean and provided everything we needed to enjoy our week.

Very relaxing and enjoyable place. We could walk to great eateries and shopping. Church was very close. Owner worked with us on flexable scheduling. Would love to return if affordable.

Great condo!
We have stayed at Maravilla for the past 4 summers on vacation, and this was one of our favorite condos! Great tile floors throughout, beautiful beach decor, and comfy beds/furnishings. Would highly recommend!
