Description
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo on the 4th floor located directly on the beautiful white sands of Perdido Key beach. Both sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom open up to the patio with spectacular beach views. The unit is fully furnished. The main living room TV has a 55 inch flat screen that has 3D, high def, and surfs the internet, providing you Netflix, Pandora, Crackle, and all kinds of other great entertainment. The master bedroom has a 32 inch high def internet surfing smart TV as well. Relax on the king sized bed while watching your favorite movie on Netflix. The 2nd bedroom has a Roku TV and Play Station 3 game console with 6 games (Madden '12, NCAA Football '13, College Hoops 2K8, DiRT, Need for Speed Most Wanted, and NASCAR 2011) and a 32 inch TV to occupy the kids. That PS3 is also a Blue Ray/DVD player. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, as well as a Keurig coffee machine. There is a washer and dryer in a separate room that also stores many beach toys and chairs. There are 4 great beach chairs for renters to use. The condo has a heated pool that is easy to view from the balcony. Ocean Breeze East is two miles from Publix grocery store and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. The sofa in the living room is a comfy, regular sofa, not a sleeper sofa. Two additional twin mattresses will be provide and stored under the master bed for you to pull out and have additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy! We installed new electrical outlets that are the combo USB and power outlet; one each in the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. Just bring a USB cord, leave your charge cubes at home. Grest location, beautiful views with a little disappointment
My husband and I had a good month at this condo, the location was very convenient to great seafood restaurants, Publix and CVS. The biggest disappointment was that the pool heater was broken.We arrived on the 7th of April and as I read from a previous review, it had already been down for a week or so before we got there. Unfortunately the water was extremely cold and we couldn't use it until the last 3 days we were there (even then it was cold, but I forced myself to go in). The condo was clean and sufficiently stocked with dishes but could use some updating of cooking utensils. All in all we had a good month and as this was the first time to this part of Florida we found out that we really like the area and hope to return.

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation!
We couldn't be happier with our stay! This is a beautiful beachfront condo located on a quiet part of the beach. The condo was a perfect fit for our family of 6 (with 2 littles sleeping on the cots/mattresses provided). The condo is well-maintained and well-equipped, and the owner was very responsive to our messages before and during our trip. The food shack and snowball shop across the street became quick favorites. Perdido Key is our favorite beach in this area, and this is our new favorite condo. Can't wait until next time! THANK YOU!!
