Ocean View Paradise is located in the Puntas section of Rincon. Rincon is best known for some of the best surfing in Puerto Rico. You will be only a three minute walk to one of the best beaches in Rincon, Sandy Beach and the famous Tamboo Bar & restaurant. You can sit on the beach and have your food or drinks delivered right to your chair! We have beach chairs available for your use.
During the winter months you may also see humpback Whales passing by in the ocean during February and March. You are also within walking distance to several other restaurants, bars and small grocery store for your convenience. We have the most spectacular view of the ocean and surrounding area right from our pool deck. With our infinity edge pool and view you may not want to leave at all!! During Christmas and some of the other major holidays pool access may be limited or not available due to privately renting of the houses.
During the winter months my husband and myself maintain the property so any problems or questions about the area we are there to help. Hope to see you in Rincon!!

Top Notch And Incredible Vacation
One word... STUNNING!!! This area and property is the most amazing location and accommodations. The private secure setting and property is magnificent. This was our first trip to Puerto Rico (and VRBO experience) and we absolutely had the most amazing adventure. We stayed in multiple cities and for our 4 days in Rincon Dianna (owner) and Rob (property manager) were extremely pleasant, helpful, and made every effort to ensure we had no issues from reservation to checkout. With 3 structures on the gated property there are many accommodation options with complete amenities (we stayed in the 1br. apartment up top at the main house) including full kitchens, 2 pools, beautiful landscape, multiple patios with spectacular views, patio bar upon request, laundry, beach chairs, bbq grills, hammocks, wifi, and the list could go on. Almost everything one could need is within walking distance, however having a rental car was great to go to larger grocery stores or check out the many other cities/areas/excursions. At the bottom of the stairs of the property you are directly at an incredible beach (low volume area and not crowded like other beach areas), bar/club, many fantastic restaurants, convenience store, souvenir/arts-crafts stores, etc.. Dianna has even gone as far as creating a very helpful binder that lists all local activities/restaurants with directions and her own personal reviews (we checked out quite a few of these and were not disappointed). Rincon is an absolute wonderful place and I cannot say enough great things about our stay. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a laid back island life hassle free experience and an incredible spectacular area and property. Truly amazing and we will most definitely be back to Rincon and Dianna's Ocean View Paradise. Thank you Dianna and Rob

AWESOME EXPERIENCE
Truly paradise! To say our stay was the best we have experienced, would be a huge understatement. We were welcomed like family by Dianna and Gino. Stunning property in ideal location
We booked the full upper house and the bungalow for my wife's birthday party getaway and it was perfect. It's beautiful property on the side of a hill overlooking Sandy Beach. Everyone had their own space and everything was in good working order. The landscape is beautiful and Dianna and Gino were excellent hosts. We hope to come back
