Kasa Maui is located across the street from Sandy Beach and walking distance to all the best bars and restaurants. Our property has two apartments, one on each level. Our 2nd level Ocean View Apartment sleeps 2 adults in our queen size pillow-top bed comfortably. The living room features a futon which can sleep an additional guest. The apartment features stainless steel appliances, a flat panel tv, and air conditioning. WiFi is throughout the property so you can stay connected. Outside, enjoy our large gazebo and relax on our hammocks or the Adirondack Chairs. We provide beach towels and Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs as well. For the ultimate privacy, rent both levels of Kasa Maui. You will have all the amenities listed plus have the entire property for you and your guests. For Your Peace Of Mind, Kasa Maui features a 16KW Whole House Automatic Backup Generator.

Perfect location
I am so happy we chose Kasa Maui for our trip to Rincon! You’re less than a one minute walk to the ocean, and you can hear the waves crashing from your door. Multiple excellent bars and restaurants all within a 2 minute walk. I love how you included your favorite places for certain things...Villa Cofresi was a great spot and it’s only an 8 minute drive away! Mango Beach Shop next door has some great stuff too. The bed wasn’t all that comfortable, but we didn’t mind. It was easy to look past that since we were in such a perfect spot! Loved the hammocks downstairs too. We will definitely be staying here again! Can’t wait to come back!

Relaxing and clean

Very nice. This is our second visit. Has everything we needed and right across the street from the beach. Close to restaurants and shops.
