Enjoy a place with semi-private beach, 2 private rooms, 1 futon in the living room, two equipped kitchen (one indoor, one outdoor), Cable TV, Radio, wifi & Central A/C. Villa with gate for safety and tranquility. Capacity: 4 to 6 family members comfortably. Rentals available daily (2 days minimum) or weekly. Within walking distance you have available: Bakeries, confectionery, grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, bars, surf zones, pharmacies, family physician, police and fire department.
Villa is very safe, relaxing and confortable.
Price: $ 185 p /night. For booking send email request and specify the date of interest.
CANCELLATION RULES. In case of cancellation will be retained 50% of the cost of the stay and the balance will be given a credit to be used during the term of 1 year and subject to availability.

We spent 3 nights in the house. The sunsets are unreal. So, beautiful. Location is nice as the beach is all yours. We spent most of our time sitting on the covered back porch relaxing in a hammock.
