The ground floor rental unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and living room and outdoor dining that has ocean and sunset views. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Sleeps 6 people comfortably.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening, world class snorkeling and scuba diving right in front of the house with turtles, exotic fish and the largest elkhorn coral reef in the Caribbean. Stunning views of Desecheo island, whale sightings occur throughout the winter months and world class surfing can be had at Tres Palmas Beach. Take a short walk to other surf spots such as Dogmans, Maria's and Domes.
Fall asleep in the outdoor hammock or enjoy organic herbs from R garden while barbecuing with friends and family in the backyard. Head out to the many local restaurants and bars within walking distance. If you are looking for something to do other than surf, try scuba diving, sailing, deep sea fishing, horseback riding, shopping, movies and many more activities within minutes of the house.

great house in the best location in rincon... house is really well set up with everything you could need from snorkel sets to market bags, a kitchen fully stocked with appliances and and utensils... the owners were really helpful and nice!!! can’t recommend highly enough... we hope to return on our next trip!

Perfect - period
Location location location well stocked 2BR space. Anything I needed was already there - especially and including the constant sound of the surf that was 20' from the bedroom door. Literally just bring a swimsuit and you are good to go. PS. Bedding and linens all quality and very comfy. #comingback
