This beach front home was renovated and has the best location with Pier Park just steps away. Home has Viking Stove and Subzero fridge, separate icemaker, warming drawer and a wine cooler and bar. Wake up to the sound of the waves in the comfortable master suite with spacious master bath with a working office for those workaholics. It also has a nice deck to catch some rays. Downstairs beach front bedroom or the other downstairs bedroom retreat with private bath. Two bedrooms suite upstairs with kitchenette and Library. Each bedroom has a queen bed with a dormer with a single bed and trundle making it accompany four to a room. The library has a comfortable bench sofa by day and extra sleeping area by night. Huge covered deck overlooking the Gulf with comfortable furniture to get relief from the Sun. Or visit the front court yard at twilight and enjoy the fragrant herb and moon garden. DON'T FORGET TO BOOK DURING THE FULL MOON.

Beautiful Home, Fantastic Location
This house has everything you would ever want in a family vacation house! This house is very meticulously maintained, and has all the amenities you could think of. We had three generations of family there, and all had a great time. We fully intended to go out to eat at least once while on this vacation, but never managed to make it. The well stocked professional kitchen and close proximity to the fish market proved to be a much better option than the local restaurants. With Pier Park within easy walking distance, there are certainly plenty of options if you do not like cooking as much as we did, however. The sugar-white beach was all that you would expect in the area. These are some of the best beaches in the world in my opinion. The little kids had a blast in the clear, gentle, warm bay water. There's a great volleyball net directly behind the house, which was well used on our trip. There were plenty of high-quality beach chairs provided. The well appointed and beautifully decorated back deck was fantastic spot to get out of the sun for a bit, and protect from occasional rain showers. The ONLY minor issue would be the narrow lot size and the two run-down houses on either side of the house. People staying at those houses were very respectful and friendly; their decks just weren't much to look at. Overall, we all really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was able to relax and enjoy all that the area offered. I highly recommend this house
Beautifully Appointed Home Just Steps from the Water
It has been many years since we stayed in Panama City Beach. For the past five years we have stayed in various locations throughout 30A in private homes to accommodate our large family. This home rivals many of the luxury homes on 30A we've rented. The owners were a pleasure to talk with and so helpful in planning our vacation. I love to cook and this incredible kitchen was the hub of many family meals that we'll remember for years. We walked to Pier Park, played volleyball, fished off the pier, but mostly we relaxed and enjoyed the home, sand and water. This home truly has every convenience and is so beautifully appointed. When we arrived, we were welcomed with incredibly thoughtful surprises. This was the first time in a very long time that we felt like guests and not just renters. The owners went well beyond our expectations to welcome us to their home. Thank you!

Awesome Place! Best home in PCB without a doubt
We had a mini family reunion (mom, dad, siblings, and our kids) and had an absolute blast here! The home is VERY well decorated and stocked with many great amenities for sure. The owners even left a few surprises for us in the fridge :). There is a TON of restaurants, shops, bars, etc within walking distance as well. The kitchen is amazing and has tons of extra cool features. A great place to spend a week away

EXCELLENT
No words can describe how wonderful this home, homeowner, and staff are. We had 4 families staying in this house and we had plenty of room. The house itself is everything you could imagine and more. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready to go! We even had a sweet surprise when we arrived. The house is just steps from the ocean it had a large beautiful deck that we spent a lot of time on. The house is just a short walk from pier park for dining and shopping. The staff was superb if I had any questions she was just a phone call away and was so super sweet! This house was definitely our home away from home. Hands down best place I've ever stayed. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing, beautiful, and a wonderful week
The beach house was the perfect size for the 8 members of my family to sleep, eat, and relax in the living room or on the back porch. The amenities were upgraded and in great condition. The kitchen was very large with a lot of storage for food and easy to cook in. When we arrived the house was clean and very welcoming. It is spacious enough where you are not on top of each other but then very warm and homey. The very very short distance from the beach was perfect, it was so nice to walk right off the back porch and be onto the beach. It was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The location to pier park was very nice to be able to go walk around the shops and out to dinner. When you are in the house or on the back porch you do not hear the traffic of Front Beach Road so that was very nice. We all had a wonderful time and hope to be able to come back again sometime soon!

Nothing can beat this beach house
Gorgeous home with full amenities. Homeowners keep this home fully stocked. No need to pack everything but the kitchen sink. Beautiful view, stepping right out onto the beach from large covered back porch. One block from Pier Park with shopping and dining. Best week ever! We would love to come back here.

Our week long vacation in this house was amazing. It is very upscale and clean. We had friends over for dinner and never felt crowded. The gourmet kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. The covered porch was wonderful. It was like a second living space. We spent most evenings outside and loved the atmosphere. It was wonderful to be only steps away from the sand and beach and not have to lug beach supplies a long distance. The owners were a pleasure to work with and did everything to make our stay perfect.

Amazing House
This house is an amazing place to stay. Right across the street from pier park. The house is amazing. The porch is wonderful to spend time on relaxing and every part of the house was immaculate. You are right on the beach. The owners were so easy to work with and so accommodating. We actually had to change some things with our stay and they helped us with no problems what so ever. I would recommend this house to anyone and everyone.

Amazing
We have rented many beach condos, but absolutely none come close to this one. Not only is the location perfect, the house is beautiful. The owner made us feel special and welcomed. We had six adults and four children (the oldest was 12), and we had more than enough room. You have the feeling that you are staying in the home of a dear friend. We don't usually go on vacation to a place we've already been, but this home is making us rethink that.
