DELUXE 2 Bedroom 2 Bath located in Stratton Village and adjacent to the base lodge and lifts, just a 2 minute walk to the ski school meeting area.This unit was renovated with all new kitchen appliances and furnishings. There are spectacular mountain views from the living room and master bedroom. There are flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and in the living room, outfitted with cable TV and streaming video, and free wifi. NEVER DRIVE (2 parking spots included). Our unit is in Stratton Village with THE BEST restaurant VERDE in our building, walk to other restaurants & shops.
Main level includes: Living room with fireplace and flat screen TV, handsome gourmet kitchen, dining area; MASTER SUITE with king bed, flat screen TV, double sink bathroom with shower and jacuzzi. Second floor bedroom has a queen bed & one set of bunk beds. There is a 2nd floor bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. There's a huge couch in the living for a 7th person to sleep. Exclusive access to OWNER'S LOUNGE in the lobby with pool table, games and flat screen TV . Amenities:private ski locker in the lobby, with access to the nearby health club for a per diem fee. Center of it all!
This is great condo for folks looking to get the whole Stratton Mountain Experience with an emphasis on convenience! The best part is the owner, Doug. He is well prepared, an experienced VRBO'er, and responsive! We truly enjoyed our, albeit short, stay at these digs.
A Perfect Place to Stay!
This is a great place to stay...the location is fabulous, and the condo is very well maintained and clean. We stayed with our three children, and it was really nice to be right at the base of the mountain. The owner is very helpful and accommodating, and he made the rental process easy for us. We highly recommend this condo!

Can't beat this location!
This condo is great! Well maintained and in great shape. We especially loved the view of the slopes right from our bedroom and living room - we could see what kind of a ski day it was going to be and observe the activity in the square below us. Our youngest was in ski school and you just can't beat the location. Ski School is less than a minute walk from your front door.

The unit was super nice and well-equipped plus the location and view of the slopes can't be beat. The owner was a breeze to work with and gave detailed instructions for the unit, building and parking before arrival. Highly recommended.

Great family visit
I spent a long weekend in this condo with my wife, babysitter, and two small children. Doug, the owner, could not have been easier to work with and was very fast with his email and offered his cell phone in case of problems. The building is the most conveniently located in all of Stratton - ski on, ski off - in the middle of all of the food and activities. Condo unit and building very nice with a ski locker downstairs. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again as well as recommending it to others.

Everything you want and need in Stratton
This unit was perfect for our regular trips to Stratton. It is perfectly located, clean and well furnished. Doug is very accommodating and super easy to deal with. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend.

Great condo!!!
We had an excellent time staying at this condo. The location is perfect. You are steps from the slopes and you can walk to restaurants in the village. Ski locker downstairs is a nice feature. The unit was in great condition and the owner was super helpful and organized, a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic, clean, great location
This condo felt like our own as it was extremely clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, right at the base with a ~20 foot walk to ski school for the kids and easy access to bars, restaurants and shops in the village. The views are fantastic. Doug the owner is very accommodating, professional and easy to communicate with. We'd definitely stay here again.

wonderful in every way
This condo is charming, spotless, has a well-equipped updated kitchen, washer/dryer, is literally steps from the lodge/liftline/etc., has excellent cable tv/wireless internet, and has fun views of Stratton Mountain. Add that the owner, Douglas Wells is responsive, makes all necessary key&pass transfers seamless, and provides concise written information that is a resource throughout your stay, and the way I describe it is: it's as if you are borrowing a friend's place for your trip to Stratton. We've rented at many resorts over the years and we definitely hope to be able to return to this condo in the future.

Nice accommodations in a great location
We were a family of four looking for the convenience of a ski on/ski off place in town. The accommodations were recently renovated with views of the mountain and accessible to everything. Was able to park right at the resort, had access to ski lockers on the first level, and the ski rentals were located within the same building. This ultra convenient, zero hassle stay made for a great trip that we will remember for many years to come

Unbeatable location

Perfect Location
We really enjoyed the condo unit. We never had to get into the car and was able to walk around to everything. The unit itself was spacious, clean and had a nice gas fireplace and view. We would like to return for another visit!
