Enjoy this lovely home, Smell the salt air and hear the sound of the surf and the seagulls flying over the beach. Watch the dolphins play. With awesome views of the ocean and beach from the decks and inside the home. Enjoy the beach a few steps away, the pool, all the beautiful views and sunsets, and all that the island has to offer, especially the Surf City area.
Loch Haven has a Full Size Elevator serving all three levels. The Parking area, two front Entrances, and the decks are covered.
The third level has a Great Room with: Cathedral Ceiling, Ceiling Fans, Side and Front Windows and Patio doors that afford great Ocean Views. The Patio Doors open onto the front and back covered decks.
In the 'L' of the Greatroom, there is a Large Spacious Kitchen and Dining Area that seats 14. There are Granite Counter Tops, a Large Island, Stainless Steel Appliances, Refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water and a Pantry. From the back of this room you have a view looking toward the pool and Intra-Coastal Waterway. This Great room also has Attractive Living space with Comfortable Sofas and Chairs for Relaxation, TV, Conversation, and Games..
Also on this level you will find a second Master Bedroom Suite with a private bath entrance. It also has private entrance onto the front top Covered Deck and ocean view. It has a comfortable Queen size bed, a desk, small chest, closet, and pretty coastal decor with crisp white furniture. It is one of our favorite rooms.
The remaining three bedrooms are on the second level and all have access to decks: Two have access to the front decks and one has access to the back deck.
The Master bedroom suite on this level has a King size bed, TV, and good size full bath. This bedroom is spacious with windows and patio door that afford ocean views. It is beautifully furnished with a tropical theme and crisp white furniture for your relaxation and comfort.
The second bedroom facing the ocean has a Queen bed. It is very inviting with tropical decor and crisp white furniture and also opens onto the lower deck with ocean view.
The third bedroom with view of the pool in back of the home has one set of twin bunk beds and one twin bed. It has a very attractive and colorful beach décor and a walk in closet.
For your Entertainment there are: 2 Color Cable TVS, a VCR and DVD Player's, a Stereo with CD and tape player, and Board Games. For your convenience, we have wireless internet service and long distance phone service within the continental USA. Payment using a credit card is an option. There is a renter's area with Gas Grill, Beach Chairs, Beach Boards, and related Beach Items. Cleaning fee is extra. There is more than one beach access over the dunes on North Shore Drive, Including a ramp access. They are all a few steps away.

Rental Notes
The Security Deposit Check will be Shredded if there is no damage noted upon check out and entry keys and undamaged pool fobs are returned to the owner within two weeks after your departure from Loch Haven.Rental from June 16, 2018 to August 18, 2018 is Saturday to Saturday.
Check in time is 3:00 pm. Checkout time is 10:00 am.
Off Season: Monthly $1800-$2100/month + Utilities, Nightly Minimum 4 nights.

Just Perfect
I won't say much about the property other than to say this... its just perfect. You cross the street to get to the beach but it is literally feet away. The pool is great but be ware you are sharing with other houses. Outdoor shower, elevator, nice furnishings, detailed instructions o-rama and nicely equipped with beach equip, bbq grill, dishes, pans, cook wear, etc There are no issues with the property and it is newer and very nice. What i was impressed with is the family who owns this property. So kind, delightful and easy to work with. If you're looking for a personal touch with no room for mis-communication or errors... this is it. I Highly Recommend and will be back.

Gorgeous, beautiful,relaxing
Spent this week there. Beautiful home with friendly owners who communicate with you clearly. No problems with sharing pool. Short walk to beach with a handicap ramp. Even greatly protected with shutters during hurricaine Arthur. We'll equipped with everything you need for home and the beach. Even has nice bar b cue if you want. Great community great fireworks from front and back decks just a great place to go and relax!!! Going back next year

Perfect Family Vacation
Our recent stay at this home was perfect. I was impressed with all the home had to offer. You are not right on the beach but the access is literally feet away. We had no issues going out in the morning and setting up and leaving our things on the beach if we had to run back to the house. The owner takes great pride in the home and gives detailed instructions for literally everything you will need to know. The owner communicated promptly and was very nice. We especially loved the certificate for a free pound of fudge!

Perfect Beach Home
The property was clean and the kitchen was stocked very well with high quality utensils! We enjoyed the lovely pool, awesome beach and extraordinary view! The elevator was helpful - we used it to bring our luggage and groceries to the 3rd floor. We hope to come back again soon! Thank you!

Beautiful Home, Perfect Beach Getaway
We loved it from the moment we arrived. Very open & “beachy”, but with a feeling of home. From floors to furnishings to ocean views, this place was abosolutely perfect! Six adults, four kids (6 and under) all had plenty of room, our own space when needed, and plenty of gathering space as we set out for the sand, or to just sit out on the main balcony. Speaking of balconies, their were plenty of them. All three main bedrooms had acces to direct ocean view balconies, the kids “bunk room” had a great pool view.( oh yeah, to top it off, there’s a pool!). The entire home had updated appliances, fixtures, furnishings, everything! With detailed instructions on how to work anything in the home. The elevator was great for moving in, and bringing up groceries. Even had a closet full of beach toys in the lower foyer! The owners of this home did not miss a thing. The owners were extremely nice and great to deal with. My only hesitation in writing this review is that it may further contribute to the popularity of this property and we wanna go back!! Just can’t say enough about Lock Haven. The entire family is in agreeement...The perfect beach home!

Perfect
This was the best vacation our family has had in a long time. The home was lovely and the view of the ocean was spectacular. We saw dolphins from our deck and spent time outside enjoying watching our kids and grandkids on the beach. Carol was so kind and helpful giving us in site into the best places to eat and to visit. We were very blessed to have stayed at Loche Haven. We would definitely stay at Loche Haven again

Such a fantastic beach home! Clean, spacious, and great ocean views! This home had everything you could want for time away. The kitchen was stocked and the children enjoyed all the beach toys! Beach access is very close and the pool was never very crowded. Carol was extremely helpful and was great to work with!

It's obvious that the owners take a lot of pride in ownership of this property. It is very well-maintained and well-equipped. We loved the ocean views from nearly every room in the house, and the pool was perfect. I hope to rent this property again.

The Loch Haven was perfect for our family. It is a beautiful home and convenient. It is very well kept. The home included anything we needed for our stay. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and a pool which our grandchildren enjoyed. It is convenient to nice seafood restaurants in the area, as well as shops and groceries. We loved our stay at Loch Haven.
