Villa Susanna is a new luxury privately owned property at Isla 33 Resort & Villas. The second floor location gives you spectacular views that you can't get from the ground floors. This property will sleep 5 guests in our two spacious bedrooms, perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or your bridal party.
Ground level pool is steps from our door. The roof top horizon pool and patio are a quick elevator ride away, it offers spectacular 360-degree views of the island. Topaz our onsite restaurant is now open. Villa Susanna is ideally situated in the center of the island. You will enjoy the unparalleled ocean views and refreshing sea breezes. Less than 10 minutes from Hidalgo street and North .Beach.
The villa has a modern open floor plan with spacious rooms. As you enter the livingroom the first thing you will notice is the unobstructed gorgeous ocean views. To your left is the dining room and gourmet kitchen separated by a granite island. The kitchen is fully equipped, it features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. The guest bedroom is just off the dining room. You will notice the king bed, plenty of closets and sliding doors out onto a balcony that has stunning views of the inland lake, ocean and the Cancun skyline. The full bathroom is just outside the bedroom, it features a large walkin shower. When you enter the master suite you have those gorgeous unobstructed ocean views out onto the balcony, beautiful domed brick ceilings, the jacuzzi area shares the ocean view, it is surrounded by hand-cut Tikal tile. The ensuite bath connects the shower, toilet and jacuzzi areas. The king Sealy Posterpedic bed with high count linen will help you get a great night rest.

Everything you need
We loved this condo! The location was great, out of the hustle and bustle of North Beach but quick enough to get there if you want to. The condo is very comfortable, well stocked, clean and modern. And the views are great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again next year.

Fabulous Property
My family and I spent the Christmas week at Casa Susanna and absolutely loved the place. Extremely comfortable with an incredible view. Very well appointed with beach chairs, cooler, fully equipped kitchen, excellent linens... The property itself was spectacular with 3 pools, a fairly decent restaurant and bar. The bar had a great happy hour and we made many new friends while hanging out there. Located in the middle of the island and very close to several restaurants, shopping and a number of beach cubs. We rented a golf cart (highly recommended) and Memo, the property manager, even took care of coordinating the rental and had the cart waiting when we arrived. Chuck, the owner, communicated every step of the way and provided us with a whole host recommendations regarding, dining, shuttle service, ferry and things to do. The only issues we encountered were with the WiFi which was due to a storm prior to our arrival and a bit of road noise due to the buildings location to the street. Neither caused any major problems and we go back in a heart beat

Perfect vacation
Our family of four stayed here over spring break and had the best time! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Memo (concierge) was so helpful and the owner Chuck was very quick to respond to any questions. The pools were great as was the restaurant on the first floor. The condo is in a neighborhood with great restaurants but we also had a golf cart and zipped all over the island. Our two children (6 and 9) were with us and they loved it too. Loved this trip and can't wait to come back
