This is a beautifully remodeled and decorated 1920's home. Remodeled 9/17. The 2 bedrooms are separated by the living room and kitchen for added privacy. There are two queen beds and a Simmons Beauty Rest cot for an additional guest. There is one large bathroom with double sinks. New linens, towels, couch, beds, and granite counter tops throughout. 55" Smart TV in the living room. Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience. Desk in one bedroom for business travelers. Kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig coffee maker with creamers and sugar.
The door has a code so arrival time is very flexible. If you are arriving before 3:00pm please check with us to see if the home will be ready earlier. We have no problem with early check in.

Fiesta Week Stay 4/2019
Our first time using a vacation rental and it a great experience. House was perfect for our family and close to everything. Older neighborhood that is going through revitalization which I think is pretty cool to see. Better than hotel stay. We had trouble with one of the TV's but the owner was going to come out but we figured it out before hand. We were close to Pearl, downtown, Riverwalk. It was a great week!
