This home is a must see. A newly constructed beautiful 3,000 square
foot furnished home with 3 stall garage. Home has 2 stories. First
story has kitchen, dining room, living room, family room with 16'
ceiling and a beautiful gas fireplace (a must for the cool Arizona
winter evenings), a stunning oak stairway leading to the seond floor,
half bath, home office room with desk and an outdoor patio with a BBQ
grill, laundry room with washer and dryer.
Second story has 4 bedrooms, including a master bedroom, a full bath
and a loft area. Loft area has a large couch and TV. The huge master
bedroom has french door entry, a king size bed, jacuzzi tub, a large
glass shower, 2 sink vanity and a large walk in closet (ladies you
will love this). Two of the bedrooms on the second floor have queen
size beds and the last bedroom has a full size bed. Cable TV and
internet connection is included in the price. Each floor has
separate heat and air controls.

Wonderful experience renting this house for six weeks in Jan/Feb 2016
I had a wonderful stay in this house. The owners were so accessible to answer questions promptly and also very nice about questions...couldn't have improved upon their response time or cordiality. The yard is a most enjoyable place to just relax by oneself or with friends -- also loved the orange and lemon trees. The house was very tidy and welcoming upon arrival and the entire stay was top notch--including the use of the gas fireplace. There is nothing negative to say; I can only say it has been my favorite house rental in five years of rental homes throughout the Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area.
