Quick access to the best that Maui has to offer. If you want to observe sea turtles, you can see them from the shores of Honokeana Bay just south of Napili Bay - or you can jump in the warm water to see them up close. Just to the north, you can snorkel, scuba dive or even rent a sea kayak or stand up paddle board and explore the reefs at Napili and Kapalua Bays. And don't forget to body surf, boogie board, on the great sandy shores of Napili Bay. Great surfing is just a short drive north to Honolua Bay. The complex is also surrounded by the Kapalua Golf Club Bay Course. The Kapalua Adventure center offers many great trails for free hiking.
Various local businesses and many fine restaurants such as Merrimans at Kapalua, Pineapple Grill, The Sea House at Napili Kai, are walking distance as well as, the 5 star, full service Kapalua Spa and Fitness Center at the Kapalua Bay Residences. A short drive are restaurants Sansei, Plantation House, Lobby Bar at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Roy�s Kaanapali Grill and Bar, and many more restaurants at Kaanapali Beach are only a 10 minute drive. Comfort, clean and best location EVER!
We spent 6 nights in this amazing Condo with six adults. From booking to check out it was one of the smoothest rentals we have ever experienced. Ryka was so very welcoming and helpful getting us all settled in on our first night. She explained all of the house rules and provided all of the necessary comforts for us to enjoy our vacation. Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, floaties are all there in great shape for your usage. Snorkel Bob's is literally across the street for renting your snorkels and fins. The condo is in perfect condition. Very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the patio with the BBQ. All of us slept very well. The bathrooms are so clean and we never ran out of hot water for our end of the day showers. We have stayed in many different rentals all over the country and I can say this is in our top two with the location next to two of the best snorkeling beaches in Maui and wonderful restaurants. We really couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Ryka! We will definitely be back to enjoy your wonderful home you provide for Maui visitors.

Perfect family vacation spot
Townhouse was perfecto with all the amenities we needed including washing detergents, beach towels and chairs all supplied.House very clean and well maintained. Only had problem with the front gate malfunctioning on exiting the place. They had a repairman into fix it the next day. Ryka the owner was great with all her tips fro local eateries and tour guiding. Would definitely love to go back.

Amazingly beautiful home!
I was overly impressed by the cleanliness of this home. Everything was perfect....Waaaaaaay beyond my imagination. We had a party of 6 which consisted of 2 couples (4 adults) and 2 teenagers. The home was spacious enough for us to comfortable stay and relax without feeling crowded. The rooms were large and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. I was there over the Thanksgiving holiday and was able to make Thanksgiving dinner for 6 with no issues. We even had a barbeque on the back patio! The stores were in close proximity and Ryka was so helpful and always available if we had questions. The home was located one block from the beautiful beach and Ryka's home was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, surf boards, towels, a washer and dryer, detergent and many other extras that saved us tons of money and made our stay even more enjoyable. I'm from NYC and can admit that I'm a little over the top when it comes to picking places to stay and I'd never compromise when it comes to cleanliness and comfort. I consider myself a really picky person when it comes to hotels and rental homes, this was hands down more comfortable or as comfortable than the nicest high end NY hotel except better because it had everything you need with total privacy! I was impressed most by the cleanliness. I was able to walk around shoeless as if I was home! I truly felt at home and would highly recommend staying in this rental property. I'll certainly would not look any further when I come back to Maui!

Fantastic Place to Stay in Maui!
This rental home was perfect for our family vacation. It certainly met and exceeded our expectations. The unit is very clean and spacious – we had 6 adults and 2 children and never felt constricted. Ryka was very helpful with all of our questions as well as provided recommendations on nearby activities and restaurants (helped us book a reservation for Christmas dinner across the street at Sea House, which was awesome). She met us at the house when we arrived to walk us through a couple house guidelines and where all of the amenities were located. Perfect sleeping arrangements for 6 adults and 2 kids. The master bedroom was more than big enough for 2 adults in the bed and the 2 kids on air mattresses. All of the bedrooms are located upstairs which was great so that the kids could sleep while the adults were able to socialize downstairs without having to worry about waking them. The bathrooms, bedrooms, lines, and towels were all very clean. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful. Kitchen has all of the amenities needed to stay in comfort (fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.,). The beach is exactly as advertised – 200 steps from the unit. A really quick walk gets you to beautiful Napili Bay. The garage is stocked with nice folding chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards to take to the beach. Every morning you can walk down to the beach and see sea turtles. The reef in the bay is fantastic with a lot of fish and sea turtles. There are other beaches within 10min walks that you can check out as well. You are able to walk over to the Sea House restaurant from the beach and grab a bite or drink (they have a good happy hour). There is a shopping plaza 5min away with a grocery store and casual places to eat. The property location is well situated to get to Kapalua, Lahaina, and other trails and hiking spots pretty easily. I would definitely stay here again if I were back in Maui and would recommend this property to my family and friends.

First trip to Hawaii!
We had an amazing first trip to Hawaii! We enjoyed our stay in Napili Bay so much! It really is only 200 steps to the beach and a great one at that. The kids loved the waves and on the calmer days, the snorkelling! This condo really has everything you need for your stay. It has been updated very nicely! Plenty of space for all 5 of us. The beach chairs, boogies boards, beach towels and cooler were perfect for the many trips to the beach. The beds were super comfy! Ryka met us at the condo upon our arrival. She explained everything that we needed to know, she also let us have a late check out on our last day which such a blessing with our flight only leaving at 10:00 pm. This really let us enjoy our last day to the fullest! Hope to be back one day!

Great Vacation Home
We had a great time at this property. Clean, comfortable, well kept, plenty of room and great location. Plus, nice that Ryka (owner) met us when we arrived at the house. When in Maui, we would like to stay here again. Perfect for a family or 3 couples.
