This house was built in 2008. It is new, and beautifully built. There is so much attention to detail, designed decorated by Dahari Design from Miami, it will surpass your dreams of a perfect getaway house. It is nestled away on short of 1/2 acre of property in the special village of Southampton, NY. A two hour pleasant drive from NYC, surrounded by great restaurants, boutiques and antique shops. It is in the midst of many wineries with wine tasting events, a short distance form the North Fork Vineyards. There is Tanger Mall for great discount shopping.
The house is stucco with 3,200 sq ft of space and an additional usable pool house, ideal for guest or teenagers that want their own space. The heated pool is 18X36 foot and is surrounded by plush landscaping and unusual stone decking. The interior of the house is custom built, with custom glass doors, kitchen cabinets and rare limestone and marble in all the bathrooms. The first floor has walnut wood floors. The master has quartzite walls and Lazer marble tile on the floor. Cathedral 14 foot high ceilings in the living room with skylights. All the rooms are equipped with HD or plasma TVs and surround sound in each room with individual controls in each room. The chef's kitchen has a large counter with limestone fossil countertop, two dishwashers, Miele convection double oven with warming drawer, wine cooler, all stainless steel appliances.
