We LOVE providing excellent vacation experiences for our guests SO much that we decided to purchase a 2nd vacation rental at Maravilla...'Seaz the Day.' We are experienced in offering beautiful, immaculate vacation accommodations for our guests and their families...even the furry ones! We earned the Premier Partner designation on our other property the 'Emerald Seaz' our first year as the new owners and managers of that unit. We will continue to offer excellent service and vacation experiences to our guests of 'Seaz the Day.'
We invite you to come to enjoy the pristine beaches of the Emerald Coast! Experience the soft sand between your toes and the warm emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. 'SEAZ THE DAY' is a newly remodeled 2BR/2BA condo located in Maravilla Resort, one of the most highly sought after family and dog-friendly resorts in Destin. Maravilla is conveniently located between Scenic Gulf Highway and US 98W on the easternmost edge of Destin in Miramar Beach and provides the perfect mix of amenities that are sure to offer something for everyone. This unit is one of the most conveniently located on the property on the south side of Building 3 on the 4th floor only steps away from the elevator, stairs, south pool, and private beach. The layout is open and spacious with an extra-large balcony off the living room and master bedroom.
Maravilla Resort Community in Destin, Florida offers a beautiful large private beach, tennis courts, two swimming pools, clubhouse facilities, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. The resort's private beach offers 2.5 acres of sugar white sand along the beautiful Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico in Destin Florida.
Beach service for umbrellas and chairs is included with your rental. There is a volleyball court set up at the beach for the enjoyment of owners and guest. The beach service also rents kayaks and boogie boards. The gulf front pool is a favorite of Maravilla visitors. The clubhouse pool and the hot tub are heated during cooler weather.
Tennis courts and the fitness center offer the guest hours of great physical fitness while enjoying their time at Maravilla Resort. The clubhouse, suitable for family functions, is equipped with a kitchen and a large screen TV and can be reserved by guests of Maravilla for an additional fee.
There are three large grocery stores located within two miles of Maravilla as well as other popular shopping destinations including the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and the new Destin Commons Shopping Center.
The Scenic Gulf Drive area of Destin has miles of biking and walking paths enjoyed year-round by visitors to the area. There are bike racks located at Maravilla to secure your bike during your stay. Local vendors have bike rental shops.

Very clean and view of gulf is great.
Upon entering everything look fresh, from the paint, to the decor. Everything is updated. I used the view of the gulf from the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning to a cocktail in the evening. Very quite. We will be going back in the fall. Thanks for a great time.

Ann was the best Host and she made sure we had everything we needed. Her place is beautifully decorated, full of amenities and very comfortable. Steps away from the public beach access. The condo has a great gulf view from the balcony and I loved hearing the ocean at night. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time..the condo was beautiful with such easy access to the beach. The beach set up was a nice bonus. We loved that we were able to bring our fur baby along. Ann was great to work with and responsive to a few minor glitches we had. She got them taken care of right away. Thanks again for a wonderful family spring break vacation.

Ann’s place was wonderful! It was updated, clean, decorated nice and the view was amazing. All the little extras went a long way...soaps, mini shampoos, etc. The heated pool was a plus too- my kids loved it! Great area!

Spring Break 2019
Probably the worst weather we've had in all our trips to Destin, so we spent quite a bit of time inside the condo. It was great to have such nice accommodations. We've actually stayed in this exact unit prior to current ownership. The transformation it has undergone with the new owners is fantastic. It had every detail, right down to providing beach towels for our use. Although you can't control the weather, thank you for providing a beautiful property for our vacation.

Perfect stay for our family of 4 and fur baby! Condo was very nice and clean. Enjoyed the ocean view and sounds from the balcony! We also really enjoyed having a variety of choices for pool and/or beach. The heated pool was a big hit when it was a little chilly out! Restaurants and grocery store near by was another plus! :)
