Description
This rental unit is directly located in front of a private lake and has spectacular views of the lake and Loon mountain ski slopes. The unit is a part of Deer Park Resort which is located on border line of Lincoln and North Woodstock, New Hampshire, located just off the Exit 32 of Interstate Hwy 93. So you can walk to either towns within 15 minutes. The resort is just two-hours drive north of Boston and three-and-half hours from New London or Bridgeport Conn. Skiing is just five minutes away at Loon Mountain with Free shuttle service during the ski season every 30 minutes. There are three other major ski mountains (Cannon, Bretton Woods, and Waterville Valley) within 15-30 minutes from the resort.
This unit is an end unit and immaculately clean and has a master bedroom with a full private bath and a private porch overlooking the lake, as well as a second bedroom with three twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room has a fireplace, sleep sofa, and open up to second private porch overlooking the lake. With just few steps to the lake, you will find a private sandy beach, good fishing spots, hiking trails, picnic tables, and outdoor barbecues for your enjoyment.
The resort's clubhouse offers video rentals, a game room, billiards, large indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fully-equipped exercise room, racquetball, and locker rooms with showers. Outdoor activities at the resort include ice skating, tennis, basketball, a five-acre, spring-fed lake for boating and a beach for swimming. The area surrounding the resort has many family activities and attractions including: golf courses, Storyland, Santa's Village, Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Water Park, horseback riding, hiking trails, Flume Gorge, Lost River Gorge, Boulder Caves, Echo Lake, fishing, The Hobo Railroad, gondola rides, snowmobile and ATV trails and rentals, and rock climbing. Squam and Winnipesaukee Lakes are both within an half hour drive.
Nearby in Lincoln and North Woodstock you have excellent shopping with grocery stores and great restaurants all less than five minutes away. There are many outlet malls, either the ones in North Conway which are just a short ride over the Kancamagus Highway with breathtaking scenery along the way or in Tilton heading south on 93 - all within 30-40-minute drive. Whether you are seeking a place to just lay back and relax or keep busy all day long, you will have no problem satisfying your vacation needs at the Deer Park Resort. Great views, convenient location for NH getaway
We were very happy with out stay outside of Lincoln, NH on the border of the White Mountains at Deer Park. This condo resort had it all, and it especially great for families and those with young kids. The location is perfect, with views of the mountains, easy access to restaurants, shopping and "the essentials" but still with the feeling of a rural stay. Yes this condo is dated, but it has everything you'd ever need, heating and cooling, hot water, cable and wifi, and the views! If you are planning to enjoy the area and outdoors, you would not notice at all the property needs some updating. If you are looking for a place to stay in NH I would highly recommend this place!

Great place front row to the lake
We were there with two kids and had a great time. The Deer Park Resort is amazing, and the lake is the best part of it, since it's a very nice lake and beach, it's very suitable for family swimming. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The only downside was constant Wifi problems which the management wasn't able to solve.

Loved it!
It was exactly how it was described! We loved the lake/mountain views and how it was steps away from the lake and also the pemi river. The kitchen had all we needed. The kids movies provided were a fun bonus. The only bummer was the WiFi did not work. We would definitely recommend and come back.

Excellent Weekend Away
This property is quite the gem with so many opportunities for adventures. Great location with lots to do in the area, but honestly you don't even need to leave the resort to have a good time! You can fish, swim, barbeque plus more steps from your door! The condo itself was spacious, clean and well-stocked. It had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. The views from the window are breath-taking! We were so sad to leave! Thank you Paula & Robert, for sharing with us!

Excellent stay
We stayed for two nights. The condo is very nice and pleasant. There are ample walking trails and restaurants nearby. In particular, the Flume Gorge is a must for visitors. We highly recommend this place for couples and families.

Just what we were looking for.
Our family of 5 enjoyed the stay here. The beds were very comfortable. It is a very convenient walk right next door to the activity center and indoor pool. In the summer you would be right on the beach. If skiing, just a couple miles away from the base at Loon, right next to Exit 32. Very nice views as well. We would definitely consider staying at this property again if it’s available on any of our future trips to the area. Our kids enjoyed the bunk room with their own tv. Sure beats sharing a hotel room with them. It was a cozy place to return to each night after our days out hiking.

Good location, great shuttle service, but unit outdated and lacked basic items.
We loved the location. Shuttle service was great with three teenagers! The only disappointment was the lack of some basic things in the unit. The unit was relatively comfortable, but outdated. The cookware was very old and there was not enough flatware. We had to keep washing coffee mugs and flatware because there was not enough. The unit sleeps five people but there were only four towels left out for our use. The master bedroom did not even have hand soap. I had to go out and purchase it. The recreation center was fairly nice. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice, but the pool table area was a bit outdated.
