The resort's 2/2 ocean view villas have a King bed in the 1st bedroom, and a King bed in the 2nd Bedroom, BUT you may request 2 double beds for the 2nd bedroom pre-arrival. Both configurations feature a Queen murphy bed in the living room. Can sleep 6-8 depending on bed count. Every villa has two full bathrooms.
Large balcony, amazing pool, protected ocean and beach. Several great restaurants on-site and nearby.

Fantastic experience
This was my second time to this resort. Last year my wife and I stayed in one of Marriott's hotel rooms. It was nice but lacked some things. I overheard some people saying that owners sometime rent out their villas. I asked our travel agent and she didn't know anything about that. Then while speaking with my dad, he told me to check out VRBO, so I did. Well to my delight and now excitement I found this property. I sent an email to the owner and within a few hours he responded. We emailed back and forth (I had a ton of questions) the owner was very gracious and answered them all and we booked the villa. Well we just got back a couple of days ago and I have already contacted the owner to set us up for next year. We had the best time this year. We were able to take my son and mothers. Having this villa was the best thing we could have done. The view was incredible, the room (or I should say rooms) were fantastic. I just can't say enough about how great our experience went this year. If you don't want to invest in a timeshare, this is the only way to go. This owner is fantastic to work with and he has many different options to choose from. Don't waste your money on the ordinary rooms, just rent this property. I was reluctant in writing a review as we didn't want to give up our secret to Kauai, but people will figure it out eventually and the owner deserves a great review for making our trip and future trips great.

Great property, wonderful ocean view...wow!
Great experience! The owner is very helpful, quick to respond to inquiries and prompt in his delivery of the contract and details about the stay. Wonderful escape to a quiet sunny Kauai in middle of Winter. The rooms were spacious and clean. The view of the ocean from every room and balcony is wonderful.

Kauai paradise
We had a fantastic time at this place. The owner was really easy to work with and communicated with us before the trip. The ocean villas are really nicely laid out and furnished. It was nice to have a lanai deck to look out on the ocean. Lots of small restaurants around so it’s easy to find food. Staff were terrific. I would highly recommend.!
