This spacious apt is located in the East 80's between 1st Ave and York Ave. Its just a short walk to the east river, which is popular with walkers and joggers....Central Park is just a 5-10 minute walk.
Bus routes are only a block away, the subway is on 86th Street on Lexington Ave,both local and express trains, just 4 blocks away. Apt is close to all amenities, restaurants, bars, shops, and services. The apt can sleep up to six people... it's an elevator building , the apt is on the 3 rd floor.

Best accommodation in Upper East Manhattan
A nicely maintained spacious place to stay. Interactions with our host (Breda) and her assistant were great and most accommodating. Hoping this space is available on our next trip as had only a happy and positive experience during our stay.

Awesome!
Great price, the owners are VERY responsive, and flexible if your schedule changes and they can accommodate the change. Good location. The stairs are narrow, but once the elevator is working the luggage drag to the 3rd floor will not be an issue. Be aware the hotels in the City of New York were recently able to get a bill passed with laws trying to shut down the VRBO business. The "super" of the apartment complex was not pleasant, so be quiet and avoid him. We got a bunch of questions when we passed him.

Great location in Yorkville/Upper East Side!
Very good choice in Yorkville- newer Q line subway only a couple blocks away! Breda was an excellent host for us; the apartment was nicely stocked with all sorts of food
