Sun-drenched with original brick walls, 12-foot ceilings in main living area, open wood kitchen. with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots and pans flat screen TV and basic cable provided at no extra charge. WI-FI access.
Designer furniture. Cosy home away from home. Lovingly cared for. Clean. Linens, 1 Towel body & hand per guest per stay, Laundry basket, Individual sofas that can be used for sleeping. (equivalent to twin sized beds). Main bedroom queen sized bed.Utensils, pots, microwave. Non-working fireplace,. No daily maid service but handed over a hygienically clean apartment. Apt Overlooks back of the private garden in back and tree-lined street view in front.
This apartment shares a small hallway with another apartment when you enter. I require photo id of all my guests.

Spring Break
My wife, son and I stayed at this great studio apartment while visiting NYC for spring break. It was in the perfect location for walking just about everywhere. When we couldn't walk, the Metro line was close by. Very close to Times Square, Broadway and a plethora of restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.
