Description
Our ground floor, true 1 BR, well appointed and equipped condo is uniquely positioned within a small resort setting to enjoy romantic sunset, ocean views & privacy. 2014 kitchen and bath remodel. 2015 new King bed and linens. 2018 new cookware and knives. High quality furnishings. Tax incl. Walking distance to beaches. Molokai is a place that magically slows you down. Be serenaded by the birds and the soothing breeze in the palm trees. The island's landmark sign says 'Slow Down, It's Molokai!'
The space
We love our little piece of paradise and so do our guests. We have a unique location in the resort in that there aren't any other buildings adjacent to ours. Therefore when you are on the lanai, you won't see others on a neighboring lanai. And we are off the main resort path so there isn't the foot traffic that other buildings experience.
Our condo is our second home and we have furnished it with the quality we enjoy in bedding, cookware, towels, etc. It isn't simply a 'rental unit' so we thank you for caring for our things the way you care for yours.
Guest access
Please feel free to make yourself at home in the condo. Our cleaners will provide 3 days worth of TP, paper towels, detergent and soap to get you started. We have CD's, books, DVD's and games available in the TV cabinet for your enjoyment. Our TV and strong wifi signal provide internet access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. along with many channels. Beach chairs, beach towels and beach bags are for your use in the bathroom vanity cabinet.
Interaction with guests
Though not located on Molokai, we are available to help you plan your visit, especially if this is your first time. We will send you a trip planner and we have a binder of information in the condo, too. We want to make sure your visit to Molokai exceeds your expectations! Feel free to contact us with questions. We are available by phone if you need us and we have on island support if need be.
Other things to note
Other than Dixie Maru (which is about a 5 minute drive from the condo) the west end beaches are not safe for swimming during the winter months,. You can swim and snorkel at Dixie all year round as it is in a protected cove. There are no lifeguards at any of our beaches, so please take care when going into the water at any time during the year. Kepuhi Beach is one of two great surfing beaches on Molokai for experienced surfers. During the summer months these dramatic beaches are as calm as a lake and air temperature is only about 5-10 degrees warmer than the winter.

Rental Notes
Deposit of $100 is due at time of reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.Cancellations that occur more than 31 days prior to arrival will receive full refund minus $100 deposit.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will receive 50% of total rental amount.

The view from the patio is beautiful
The view from the patio is beautiful. The location is super quiet and allows you to relax well. The 3 mile beach is about 10min walking and really worth it. We loved it and regretted we only stayed 5 nights :)

FANTASTIC CONDO
FANTASTIC CONDO!!!! We loved our stay here. Lots of windows with shutters letting the trade winds blow a constant cool breeze throughout the condo to keep it cool and give you the feeling of being outside. No need for air-conditioning. Sitting on the lanai for meals or to watch the sunsets was memorable. The view looking over the green grass to the waves breaking on the rocks at the point was excellent. You can hear the sound of the waves in the condo. The condo is very comfortable with nice upgrades. On the west side of the island you are about 30 minutes from the main town (in the middle of the island) with gas, restaurants, and groceries but because you are on the west side of the island you get the most beautiful sunsets over the ocean and the beaches are the best. The west side beaches are big, beautiful, and have few to no other people on them. The whole island is like going back in time 75 years. All of the businesses are locally operated, there are no Franchises or big businesses. There is no traffic. Just peace and quiet. Wild Turkey's came walking by the condo, on the grass, each morning. We would definitely go back.

Wow! We enjoyed the great view from our little patio
Wow! We enjoyed the great view from our little patio. The space felt very private and quiet. The surf was high so got to see and hear some awesome waves breaking on the beach while sitting safely on our patio. It was great to have a separate bedroom and the ocean breezes made for a very comfortable sleep. We hope to return to Molokai again soon and would definitely stay here again!

Private location, great ocean view, got to meet some wild turkeys and a cardinal up close and personal. Excellent communication. Owners responded promptly to questions. Wide variety of music and games, anything and everything you needed including sunscreen, towels beach chairs. Had many staples in cupboard and could have made a major meal if desired. Very clean and oh so comfortable bed with extra pillows and blankets. Pool was not too cold and had great ocean view. Bushes around condo made it private and cool. Location super close to annual rodeo. Everything added up to a memorable stay on Molokai.
