Property sleeps 10 people you will be charged $50 per night for additional quests.
The upstairs, which is fully accessible without climbing stairs has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. There are stairs to access upstairs but you can drive to upper level. The eating area and porch are upstairs. The living area with cable TV and kitchen are also on this level. There is a bathroom with shower on the upper level. There is also a large deck with outdoor table including adjustable umbrella. Charcoal grill is available. There are several floor to ceilings windows on upper level.
The covered dock has lift. Dock will accommodate up to 21’ boat but larger ones can be tied up to side.
The lower level, also accessible without stairs has a bedroom with two full-sized beds. There is a sitting room with a queen-sized pull-out couch. The lower level also includes a bath with tub and shower.
There is a boat/swim dock for your use which includes steps to climb from water, a boat slip and a jet ski lift. A water lily pad is also on-site for your enjoyment
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as golfing, dollar skating, a nearby movie theater and local eating establishments.
There are games available for family game night, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, a ping-pong table and a horseshoe pit.
$50.00 will be withheld form the Refundable Damage Deposit if there are more than 10 guest at the property.
